This is a total bait and switch scam. I reserved it for $45 and then after the cancellation window had closed they notified me that it would be an additional $120. When I tried to cancel, they wrote to me telling me that it was too late. I had to dispute it on my credit card. This is a classic bait and switch scam.

We would like to clarify that our service is specifically a private transfer from Puerto Iguazú Airport (IGR) to the city of Puerto Iguazú, Argentina, as clearly stated in the title and description of our listing. Your booking included a drop-off at Praia Sol Hotel, which is not located in Puerto Iguazú but rather across the international border in Brazil, and even farther than the city of Foz do Iguaçu, in the area of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu. This location is well outside the standard service area and involves an international border crossing. Upon identifying this, we immediately contacted you through several channels to offer a solution, including a proposal for the additional cost required to reach that remote area. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, and as no service was provided, your payment was fully refunded. We remain available to clarify any doubts and assist our passengers with accurate and respectful communication.
A great option for travelling from Puerto Iguazu to the airport, especially if catching an early morning flight when Uber is not an option. Our driver Ramón drove safely and arrived right on time with a very clean and spacious vehicle. The customer service provided via WhatsApp was friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend for a reliable transfer service!
