Loved the flight over the falls and the pilot was great, but one star off for a very late start - 50 minutes late which could have been a major problem if we’d had other things to get to.

Abby was a terrific pilot (which means a lot since it was an older, rickety Cessna!) the payment process was confusing but it was a worthwhile experience for both of us

There is a fuel surcharge that is not included in the price. You have to pay that via etransfer. $30 a person. The pilot is not allowed to take you until this is paid. This should just be included in the cost. It's silly to pay it separate. The pilot should just be concerned with flying not collecting fees as our pilot told us this. He was awesome however. Reallly nice man. This company uses the airport and does not have a kiosk at the airport. It's just a phone number you call when you arrive and the pilot will come into the airport lobby to collect you. Beware when you book you put your weights in. I booked 3 days in advance and the morning of our flight they called me to advise they could not put us all on one plane due to weight. I'm 200 lbs. My son and husband are 250 lbs each. That's fine because of safety that comes first. We had to fly separately. So they did accommodate us. It just would have been nice to know this upfront. We made it work. If the weight is over limit, this should be stipulated on the website. Other then that the experience was incredible. Our pilot was great.

-The captain was very nice -The tour is magnificent -There was a weather issue so we rescheduled the outing to 2:00 PM instead of 12:30 PM -Tour of about 20-25 min -the helicopter was not very close as mentioned in the photos but all in all it's cute

It was amazing experience. The pilot was great as well as the owner of the plane. Flight went smooth as butter and we had a nice weather day.

Very good experience, for us it was the first time we had been in such a small plane (2 passengers only). Discovering Niagara Falls seen from the sky was truly beautiful. The staff knew how to adapt to our labored English. The pilot was welcoming and kind.

This was pure magic! Our pilot was wonderful and preparing us for the best views and making sure we had a great experience. The company was on top of it. Very personal experience.

We had an amazing experience with “MO” , he was the pilot for our plane and we were surprised how smoothly we were able to enjoy our time. We were little scared for the landing , but he was amazing , we didn’t even realize when did we landed so perfectly!

Sadly it was cancelled due to local fires and low visibility. Made perfect sense to cancel but no refund due to the cancellation being weather-dependent. They offered to rebook but we were only in town for one day.
