Definitely do not book with this company. I made a reservation the morning before the flight. However, upon arriving in Cappadocia, I found out that all flights from the previous morning had been canceled due to bad weather. Because prices surged, they unfairly canceled our reservation and resold the slots to other people at much higher rates. This company is a scam—do not trust them with your booking.

We did the sunrise hot air balloon ride with Rainbow Balloons, and it might be the highlight of our entire trip. I genuinely believe this is something everyone visiting Cappadocia should experience. Our hotel arranged it for us at 60 EUR per person, which felt very reasonable, and once we saw the organization and quality on the day, it was worth every cent. Lifting off just as the first light of dawn breaks is a truly magical experience - you're floating right in the middle of this incredible visual show. The balloons themselves are enormous; you don't really appreciate the scale until you're standing beside one. Ours carried 32 people, basically an entire busload of us rising into the sky together. Watching around 100 balloons take off at the same time, with over 3000 people airborne above Cappadocia's fairy chimneys and valleys, is something else entirely - every direction you look is a postcard, with each valley showing off completely different rock formations. What really stood out to us was how professional the whole operation was. We never came across anyone trying to overcharge tourists here, which we know happens from time to time in other tourist destinations - I really hope other regions take note, because Cappadocia does tourism right. No hidden costs, no pushy sales pitches - just a smooth, honest experience from start to finish. The team clearly understands tourism and how to treat their guests well. Some people are hesitant because they think it's dangerous, but watching the pilot land the basket with pinpoint precision directly onto the trailer afterward completely convinced us these are true professionals who do this every single day. This is the kind of experience - like skydiving or paragliding - that belongs on everyone's bucket list, and Cappadocia's fairy chimneys are simply the best place in the world to do it.

Wonderful! The wonder of ballooning had us in awe. The scenery was beautiful, the experience was a buzz. We were very grateful for the extra time up as it added to more peaceful moments. We appreciated smaller group size. Our pilot made us feel comfortable and delivered a great flight.

Amazing! We had an amazing time in the air with Rainbow Balloons. They were on time with pickup and their team were set up at the take off location with everything in place already. Before we knew it, we were taking off to the skies. Their pilot Alper was an ace and could navigate the winds like he was born in them. My family and I took in all the amazing views of Cappadocia with its towns and the beautiful rock formations. It was a great experience and we had a lot of fun.

Wake up at 3:00 to be ready for departure from the hotel at 3:40, after having traveled all the previous day, a real blow, but when you are up there and look around everything goes away, it feels like being inside a fairy tale! Hotel pickup very punctual, assistance and balloon guide very professional, at the end of the ride, of just under an hour, we toasted with a non-alcoholic sparkling wine (naturally, it was 6 in the morning!), they gave us a little bag with snacks and a flight certificate, unfortunately generic, without our names. An adventure like this must be done at least once in a lifetime!

Rainbow baloons with their pilot Recep offered us a great flight, above the chimneys, through the canyons and over the Uchisar castle. Superb landing, wonderful experience overall.

We had a wonderful experience this morning in a hot air balloon in Cappadocia with Rainbow Balloons. I would like to thank all the staff for their great courtesy, professionalism, availability, and kindness shown at every moment. We had booked from Italy for a specific day, but due to weather conditions, it was not possible to fly. Despite this, they immediately worked to find us an available spot on another date, without any extra charge and with great honesty and fairness. A serious and reliable organization that truly puts customers and safety first. Unforgettable experience, absolutely recommended!
