Honestly one of my favorite excursions. Joe really made the ride educational and personable. Horses were sweethearts. Enjoyed everything about this experience 10/10 Thank you Jose and Gabriel!

Our tour with the Cartagena Caribbean Tours was amazing! Jose was absolutely wonderful!! He made sure we had a great time and were well taken care of. Our uber broke down on the beach and he brought the horses to us so we wouldn’t have to walk. He also made sure our ride share picked us up from the meeting up point once the tour was over. He was very knowledgeable and passionate and gave great recommendations for our trip!! Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting, 10/10 experience!

This experience was truly unforgettable and meant so much more to us than just horseback riding. Jose and Gabrielle were both so warm and welcoming from the beginning, and they made us feel comfortable right away. Jose truly went above and beyond for our group in a way we will never forget. His kindness, patience, and genuine heart made this experience so special. He made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and included every step of the way. What stood out most was how much care and effort he put into giving us more than just a horseback riding experience. He took the time to share the history and culture of Cartagena, and his passion and knowledge made everything so much more meaningful. You can tell this is something he genuinely loves doing, and that energy made the experience even better. We’re so grateful for the way Jose went out of his way for us and for the unforgettable memories he helped create. Thank you for such a heartfelt and incredible experience.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had riding a horse on the beach. Our host, José, was absolutely incredible. He shared so much insight about Colombian culture and made us feel truly welcomed. He even went out of his way to drive my group into the city for lunch and joined us despite having other commitments. Afterward, he drove us all the way to our hotel, which was nowhere near where we started. He patiently let us take photos and made the whole experience feel like we were spending the day with family. Highly recommend.

Jose, Gabriel and horsey Lucero gave me so much joy this morning! Jose speaks great english and can tell you a lot about the locale! I learnt so much but also had a relaxing time riding the horse along the beach!

Great experience. The vendors were very friendly and helpful. As a beginner, the horse they chose for my ride was very responsive and gentle. I felt very comfortable Highly recommend.

We did horseback riding with Jose, and it was an amazing experience. From the start, he was super chill and relatable—it felt like we’d known him for years. He shared a lot of history and interesting facts during the ride, which really made the experience special. Nothing felt rushed or forced, just relaxed and genuine. If you want an authentic, memorable horseback riding experience, Jose is definitely the one. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Jose and Gabriel are awesome guides, at the begining Gabriel helped guiding the horses ( I only rode once as a kid ). You get to ride the horses for very long stretch of the beach; Jose is very knowledgeable of the area and its history and is passionate about giving you the details about the place . Would highly recommend 10/10 👍

We had a great experience! Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and he and his team made sure my 8-year-old daughter felt comfortable the entire time. Very glad we explore La Boquilla in this way!
