Our private tour of Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic! Dennis our tour guide was amazing, being incredibly knowledgeable, kind and passionate! It was the first tour, where we filled out a questionnaire, which allowed Dennis to curate an itinerary to fit our specific interests and preferences which was very cool, and after experiencing it should be a standard for private tours! On top of that Dennis had lots of insight and recommendations for not only Hong Kong (which he gave us countless), but as well for later stops on our trip such as Tokyo. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Hong Kong, we would totally recommend this tour to anyone that is traveling to Hong Kong and looking to learn more about the city, its history, and its culture. It was very personal, and we got to experience so much more that you would have with a larger group. Our only wish is that we would have taken the longer tour!

It’s exactly what we wanted! We had an outline of an itinerary that we created with Bertha but changed it as we discovered other things to do and see. Bertha was the absolute best — almost intuitively knowing how to make Hong Kong special and memorable. We came in on a cruise ship and we were nervous about where to meet. Bertha actually crossed the Victoria Harbor and met us at the terminal. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.

Very informative. Alfred took us to see things we would never have seen if we were on our own. He helped us navigate the train system and get our octopus card. He accommodated our requests. Met us at hotel and made sure we got back safely.

Karen is an amazing tour guide!!! She's kind and knowledgeable and cultured. She gave us a fantastic overview of the history and culture of Hong Kong. The agency surveyed our interests, and she took our feedback seriously; Karen even reached out to specify our interests. She hit all the points I wanted, added extra stops to personalize our tour, and focused on areas of interest to us. Karen suggested places to go after the tour, and her recommendations were spectacular. Karen is a great speaker, listener, and storyteller. I threw dozens of questions at her, and she listened intently and gave comprehensive, interesting answers. I was spellbound by some of Karen's stories, and I learned a lot about Hong Kong.
