we had the most amazing afternoon with Tram! loved seeing all the fruits, veggies and fresh herbs and learning about them all. her place is very clean and welcoming and right on the river. everyone in our family enjoyed it so much, she made it super fun to cook and had everyone helping. We all left soooooo full and all agreed that it was the best meal we’ve had so far in Vietnam!

We have had an absolutely wonderful cooking class. We were picked up at our hotel by a taxi and brought to the marketplace. There our chef was waiting and gave us an explanation about the food that we were going to buy and prepare. Our chef was very funny and made sure we remembered everything she told us. Then we went to her home and while she was preparing some of the food we went into a coconut basket on the river fishing for crab. We actually caught some! On the river there is also a possibility of the gangnam style experience which means that a boat is turned into a fast carousel . Very touristic, but the kids loved it! Then we prepared five dishes all with fresh ingredients and good hygiene! I would definitely recommend this cooking class to anyone who visits Hoi An.

Amazing experience with Tram she was so good and lovely. Tram truly took us into the hoian tour, from how to buy fresh groceries to the boat and cooking class, it was just spectacular. She is very helpful and patient, we had the best food and service. If you come to HoiAn come and find Tram.

Highly recommended! Chef Tram made us feel at home in her beautiful house by the river. From buying ingredients at the wet market ( let's not forget those gorgeous "designer" shopping bags) to riding the basket boat and to cooking and eating our vietnamese lunch, Chef Tram made it a fun and wonderful learning experience all the way. Wow. What a day. We met Tram at the market and the tour was insightful as we explored the ingredients we would use and learn more about the local culture. Before being whisked off to Tram’s house where we would cook. Before the cooking started we were given a drink and off on the basket boats to fish for crabs. Caught a few, lost a lot, but great fun. You have the option on the river to take a spin boat, well worth it if you like rides. Back to the house with Tram waiting and we cooked 6 courses. You are involved throughout, taught how to prepare and cook the food. Tram is funny and an experienced, perfect balance for a cooking class. We ate in the house after preparing the meal before we were taken back. From the first message about being picked up to the bottle of water to take in the car we were cared for and looked after. I would recommend this to anyone. Having done numerous cooking classes around the world. Tram is one of the best.
