午前のツアーは午前 8:45 から午後 1 時まで、午後のツアーは午後 1:30 から午後 6 時まで、少人数のグループで 1 回の料理教室を開催します。ツアーガイドがお迎えに上がり、マスターシェフと一緒に地元の市場を訪れ、地元の食材について学ぶことから 1 日が始まります。ツアーは地元の市場から水上ココナッツ村まで続きます。運河で「ムラサキガニ」を捕まえたり、ユニークな「竹かごボート」に乗ってベトナムの田舎の川の美しさを眺めたりできます。温かくお迎えし、本物のベトナム料理教室にご参加ください。自分で調理し、自分で作った 4 つの料理を楽しみ、自宅で再現できるレシピを用意しています。ホイアンでのこのユニークな地元の体験をお見逃しなく!!! タム氏は才能豊かなシェフです。料理の腕と長年の経験を兼ね備え、ベトナム料理の創作における彼の技術をすべてお見せし、共有します。 「ツアー中はベジタリアンや食事制限にも対応できます。」

What an amazing experience! We loved every moment! Great communication before the experience and on the day our guide Tam was so funny and friendly. First we met some locals and he took us on his motor bike to get ears cleaned! then we went on the coconut boats. Our boat guides were brilliant, spinning us and showing us how to catch crabs. We sang and laughed a lot! We then went to cook our dinner. What a fantastic time! We all had instructions for chopping and stirring and flipping pancakes. Tam’s special sauce was delicious- we have taken the recipe home. The food was fabulous and hospitality great. Our 15yo and 13yo loved it and we wouldn’t have changed a thing about it. Great value and a great experience of Vietnamese food and culture. 10/10 recommend!
Tam was our guide. He was great from beginning to end. Picked me up from the hotel, and all met at a local spot. Went on a coconut boat, caught little crabs, came to a location and cooked the good. The experience was great and food was fantastic.
Tam was an amazing guide and cook, the food was really good and it was fun to cook together. The highlight was the coconut boat trip with the crab fishing

Started with crab fishing on the coconut boats… ignore the reviews, we caught loads of them! Then hopped on a scooter to our cookery lesson. All the family got involved and enjoyed it and was made even better with a beer!

What a fabulous way to spend a morning! We were collected at our hotel and driven to a riverside village about if 15 minutes out if Hoi An. This was where where we were greeted by our cheerful chef and instructor Tamw! Before our cooking experience we were taken on a coconut boat ride, with much serenading, spinning, and crab fishing! Our class was wonderful! We were taken through all steps to make a banana blossom and papaya salad with quail eggs, chicken and mushroom noodles, a savoury mushroom pancake, grilled eggplant, anll topped with an delicious peanut, ginger, shallot and spring onion sauce. Dessert was caramelised sweet bananas! All in all a delightful experience, with our wonderful Chef Tam! Thank you!
