We booked through the website given here. Everything seemed fine, we got the email confirming the pickup to go to Haneda Airport. We even got the follow up email with the car type, though it did not give the driver's name. The time for the taxi pickup arrived but the car did not. We tried contacting them through the international number given and got an AI bot. When I said the car did not arrive it gave some very generic answers. When I asked to speak with a person, it hung up on me. The other contact info did not work. I realized that one of their backup communication methods is via WhatsApp, which should have been a clue for me before we booked the trip. We wound up getting an Uber to get to the airport. I hope this saves others from experiencing this.

Perfect transfer!
It was absolutely perfect! The driver was on time, easy to find, so friendly, and got us to the hotel so easily! Would definitely recommend!

Very reliable service.
We had a late night arrival at Haneda and arranged for meet up at the airport. The driver Pierre was waiting for us at the arrivals hall and made it so easy to transit the airport and get to the hotel on a very rainy night. We so appreciated the service and assistance with our luggage. Highly recommend this company and will use them again when we return.

Best transfer driver and experience ever
Our driver was awesome, he knew that we had a connecting flight that was time dependent he was very quick and focused on our need to be at our next airport. We were very grateful appreciative for our driver and the services

A Great Peace of Mind when uncontrollable things happened!
Our flights were delayed to arrive the Narita Airport in Tokyo for about an hour. I was managed to contact Viator's help line through WhatSapp and the support desk in turn managed to relay the messages to the driver. The driver acknowledged and texted me back to wait for us at the airport until we arrived.

Maybe not again
The business was great to work with. They communicated very well. Unfortunately our airline changed everything. I asked for a partial refund but rules are rules. Even if it was a little bit. Our delay was not our fault. Unfortunately I will utilize another service next time that is not so greedy.

Stress Free Transport Option
Tomo was great! We arrived @ NRT after a slight delay and he was still there waiting for us. We had some trouble finding each other at the arrivals terminal but totally not on Tomo! The car was clean and spacious. We were able to sit back and relax on the drive to the hotel. Would absolutely recommend if you are bringing luggage with you (traveling with large luggage on a train is not fun!) We would use this service again on future trips to Japan.
