Our private transfer from our hotel to Haneda Airport was seamless from start to finish. The driver arrived right on time, helped with all of our luggage, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family and luggage. After a busy trip, it was such a relief to have reliable transportation and not worry about navigating trains or managing bags. I would absolutely book this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, dependable airport transfer in Tokyo.
Great communication. The company GT-Transfer contacted me via WhatsApp to let me know the driver will be picking our family at the scheduled time. Our driver Mr. Zhao was very prompt & courteous. The drive was easy fast and very safe. I would highly recommend this company. .

We had a group of 9 with a large amount of luggage. We were easily able to add a second van. Both drivers arrived on time and were kind and helpful. The vans were comfortable. This was the perfect ending to our trip.

The communication was beyond excellent prior to our trip. The van was exactly on time, spacious and extremely comfortable. If you have an early flight in Japan or just want to skip the choas of the trains and have a relaxing ride to the airport, I highly recommend
Was not waiting for us upon arrival. Did not take the most direct or fastest route. Was very distracted and driving was erratic. Also asked for additional 3000yn at the end of trip.
We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. The airport was crowded, so you may not see our driver right away. We will have our drivers to wait in more visible areas in the future. Your feedback means a lot to us, so we checked the whole trip with the driver. She did take highways, and she has the ETC payment records. It may be that highways are not available in certain sections, which could have caused the misunderstanding. This 3,000 yen is the agreed fee for our meet&greet service, so the driver charged you accordingly. We truly regret leaving you with a negative impression. We will keep working hard to improve our service and hope to deliver a satisfying experience for you next time.
