There is no point using this service. There isnt a driver waiting for you. They have signs out on the street section and then we had to wait 20 minutes for a driver to show up. Useless. Driver was good

Due to parking and traffic restrictions at Phuket Airport, pickup vehicles cannot wait for extended periods directly in front of the meeting point. Instead, the vehicle waits outside the airport area and enters after our airport staff confirms the customer’s arrival. It normally takes approximately 10 minutes for the vehicle to arrive after being called.
If you were unable to meet our staff immediately at the meeting point, the staff member may have been assisting another customer arriving at the same time. Our staff manages several name signs and assists customers in order around the designated meeting area.
According to our records, our staff contacted the driver at approximately 9:50 PM after confirming your arrival, and the vehicle arrived at approximately 10:05 PM. Although it took slightly longer than usual due to traffic conditions, the service was completed within the normal operating procedure for Phuket Airport pickups.
We apologize that the pickup procedure and expected waiting time were not explained clearly enough in advance. We will make sure to provide clearer information regarding the meeting process and estimated vehicle arrival time in the future.

Brnad new van and excellent driver
Good communication and arrived on time.
Van was brand new and the driver gave a very comfortable ride.

Got there but didn’t enjoy
The driver was not a good driver - arrived 40mins earlier than expected and couldn’t maintain the speed limit, constantly speeding and slowing down which caused the passengers to get motion sickness. Didn’t enjoy.
