I had a terrifying experience with this transport service in Hong Kong. We booked a 4-passenger van for an airport pickup, but the driver sent a Tesla 4-door car instead, which could not accommodate our luggage correctly. The communication was a disaster from the start. Despite booking an airport pickup, the driver refused to meet us at the terminal and demanded we walk to the Regal Airport Hotel to find him. Worse still, once the ride began, the driver appeared to fall asleep while driving. We felt completely unsafe throughout the entire journey. This is unprofessional, unreliable, and dangerous. Do not trust them with your safety or your money

The service provider was knowledgeable of making his customer(s) less worrisome.He took pictures and arranged them in sequence with written instructions and directions for my guide to find where he parked his car. He was also on time and customer friendly. I can recommend him to travelers visiting Hong Kong by plane.
Driver was on time to pick us up at our hotel and we had a nice ride to the airport. He contacted us the night before and chatted in the morning with a picture of his car and license plate.
Our pickup was scheduled for 7:00 am. I sent operator a message the day before confirming but did not receive a response. When the driver had not arrived by 7:13 we took an Uber. Since this was ride to airport we could not wait any longer. The driver said that he was at the hotel early but we never saw him and he never made himself known.

Driver told us exactly where to meet him by sending us a series of photos on WhatsApp showing us the route to the pick up point and by the time we got there he was just arriving to pick us up.
Driver was punctual and very helpful with the luggage and very friendly for the short journey to airport
I wasn’t too happy with the airport meet and greet. I had to trek all the way to the Regal Hotel to meet the driver, which was a bit of a hassle. I was hoping to meet right in front of the Arrivals Hall, but that meant I walked too far and got a little lost trying to find the driver. That’s why I booked an arrival transfer, hoping it would make getting to my hotel after landing at the airport much easier. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and I felt like I might have been better off just getting an Uber instead of booking this transfer.
