Driver was able to react well to my not having connectivity until I arrived at the airport. He provided clear instructions with videos where to meet him. Pickup and arrival at destination went smoothly.

I booked this private transfer for my family (myself, husband, grandma, and 2 kids). Under Special Requirements, i typed “2 car seats if needed—1 year old and 4 year old”. They messaged me and said we would need a car seat for the 1 year old only and it would be an additional $15usd and i need to pay now. I sent them $15 usd. When we were picked up, there was no car seat!!! The driver could not speak any English. I used Google Translate but he just shooked his head and said no. I requested for a refund but they will not refund my money.

Is this a joke? The car didn’t even turn up, called them- they had no clue, transferred to Viator who brushed it off on me and was told I didn’t give them enough information?? Unbelievably useless. Stay away.

The ride was easy to book through Viator and the video instructions for pickup were also helpful. Despite being sent several communications about a change in drivers, there was one there waiting for us upon our arrival at the appointed area. My only complaint was that she offered no assistance with our bags either loading or unloading. Had she even offered, you would have received a “5-Star” review.

I booked a trip from the airport to the city and as soon as I land, i see a messenge from the operator telling me they are canceling my reservation (already paid for) because i did not put the name of the hotel i was going to. What surprises me is they never even tried to contact me (though viator or my phone or email) to just ask me the name of the hotel. They just canceled.

We provided arrival flight information all our flight information, airline, flight #, scheduled arrival time which was 3:19PM. We ordered our airport pickup for 4:30 PM to allow time for immigration, baggage claim, and customs clearance. Our flight arrived early so we casually went through the process, and entered the arrival terminal at 4:00 PM. We started looking for our driver who was supposed to be holding a placard with our name. No driver, waited until 4:35 PM, no driver, we tried the driver contact number provided by Viator, we finally contacted the owner of the transport company, and he told us the driver was stuck in traffic and would be arriving at 5:15 PM, 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. The driver did provide us the vehicle information and license plate number, when the driver finally arrived around 5:20 PM, instead of pulling up to the pickup area, he parked in the parking area adjacent to the pickup area, the car information provided was a red Tesla so it was easy to spot. The driver exited the vehicle, my husband approached him and all he said was “toilet 5 minutes after our, 5 minutes.” We waited for another 10 to 15 minutes for him to return and pick us up around 5:35 PM over an hour past our requested pickup time. Very unprofessional service.

Easy instructions on where to meet the driver. He was on time, the car was really nice and clean. He was a great driver and we got to our hotel safely.
