As a result, the cost of visiting Mandela House became your responsibility should you still wish to visit it, since the original allocation was redirected per your preference. Luggage Storage Charges: The luggage storage was arranged and paid for in advance to ensure your convenience. The storage facility applies a surcharge for advance bookings, which explains the higher amount. The guide was reimbursed for this prepayment, and we acknowledge that the process should have been explained more clearly at the time. Tour Itinerary: We acknowledge that the itinerary was not fully followed. We are reviewing this with our team and will ensure our guides clearly communicate any changes and stick closely to the planned route unless otherwise requested by guests.
