カステル ディ サルヴェはプーリアの歴史あるワイナリーの 1 つで、高品質のテーブル ワインを生産することを目的としてサルヴェ公アントニオ ウィンスピアーによって 1885 年にデプレッサに設立されました。現在、ワイナリーはウィンスピア家の 4 代目と 5 代目によって経営されています。祖先の伝統を強く誇りに思っている私たちは、今日も同じ土地で働き続け、クリーンでありながらエレガントである個性的なワインを生産しています。 私たちの農業作業の大部分は、サレント川下流の地理的中心部に位置する歴史ある家族所有地「マッセリア ボスコ ベルヴェデーレ」で行われています。ヴェルデカ、ネグロアマーロ、マルヴァジア ネラ ディ レッチェ、プリミティーヴォなどのサレント原産のブドウに焦点を当てています。さらに、デプレッサとサレント下流の他の場所にも別の小さなブドウ園を栽培しており、合計約 31 ヘクタールのブドウ畑があります。

Great experience and very original wines
Excellent experience, highly recommend for anyone in the Southern Puglia region on holiday. Our host Lujan was very knowledgeable and a wonderful host.
We enjoyed an informative tour and beautiful lunch with the proprietors of Castel di Salve Winery. This is a small, family owned winery with a 150 year old pedigree. They produce classic wines from mostly estate grown varieties found in southern Italy, and more specifically, the Puglia/Salento area. If you are a wine lover, like us, and want to expand your knowledge and appreciation of these lesser known grape varieties and the terroir they grown in, we highly recommend you visit.
Had a great tour with an amazing tasting after. Would recommend to visit anyone that's in the area.
After a friendly reception by one of the hostesses we were professionally guided through the authentic winery, estates and wine cellar. After the tour we were offered an extensive wine tasting of various types of wines. We really enjoyed and also got to learn a lot about the diversity of wines and their origin. Thank you!
The tour was interesting and the wines were quite good, particularly their Lama del Tenente. Easily the best wine we tasted in Salento. Commentary from the owner added a lot of interesting information and entertainment. A tour not to be missed!
We came to Puglia to learn and taste the wine, and Riccardo delivered with this experience. Wonderful tour of the winery, learning about the family generations that have developed the business, and finishing with a fabulous tasting.
