We thought the typhoon would mess up our trip, but it didn't. We took a cool photo at Peony Pavilion, posing like the Queen of the Women's Kingdom and Tang Monk. The place was so beautiful! We learned about the Alibaba story with great interest, tried the famous Longjing tea, and visited the old town of Hangzhou. Our guide Leo helped us pack all this into one day. What a great day!

Leo was my guide for a rainy day in Hangzhou’s misty forrest. He guided me the river from its spring to its downstream in the valley of the Nine Creeks. It is an easy and pleasant walk. It was an unique chance to try Chinese tai chi and qigong with a master from the national team - it was an impressive experience and I am certain that this memory will stick. Chen drove us just in time to the train station ensuring at all times a smooth transition between activities. I am very glad for all the organisation and Leo‘s impeccable execution. Looking back, some lunch in the greenery would have complemented the package nicely. If you are looking for some calmness, I can highly recommend this combination.

Our family of 7 booked a private tour of Hangzhou with Your Way Holiday. Our 8-hour tour began with a ferry ride on the west lake, followed by a visit to LingYin temple. For lunch, we had a delicious & authentic Zhejiang meal at a local restaurant in the tea village. In the afternoon we headed towards the new town area to see the Alibaba HQ. The last stop of the tour was the Gongchen bridge over the Grand Canal, a canal which was very important throughout China history. Hangzhou is a beautiful city and our guide, Leo, did a very good job to make us appreciate Hangzhou even more. He was informative, polite and took good care of us. Thank you, Leo, you contributed a lot to what makes us feel “最忆是杭州”

We had an amazing trip to Hengdian World Studios with our guide Fanzhi and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We don’t speak Chinese so it was important for us to find English speaking guide. Fanzhi showed us many interesting and unique places in the studio that we would not have discovered on our own. The whole tour was well organized and truly enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend the tour (with the guide Fanzhi) to anyone looking for a fantastic and memorable trip.

Kelly our tour consultant did an amazing job curating this tour for our small family. June, our tour guide in Hangzhou is a genuinely nice and caring young lady whom took good care of my elderly parents, ensuring they were comfortable throughout the trip which was wonderful. Our driver was also a very pleasant guy, soft spoken and our car was really comfortable and clean. Had massage features and spacious for the 3 of us!

Our guide (Ms. Saron)/driver (Mr. Chen), arrived on time and kept the day running smoothly. The information shared was concise, helpful, and easy to follow, and their attentive care made the entire trip enjoyable. The trip was fantastic and super matching with the expectations. The lunch with the guide was great, it was the best selection and the restaurant is amazing also. The guide was so kind and supportive, he took many good photos for me and thoroughly described the places wevisited. The weather was so good, the places were perfectly selected The time was right.

We were on 8 days tour package Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou & Nanjjng with Your Way Holiday. Iris our travel agent representative was fantastic. From the day we arranged the tour with her n when we were in Hangzhou. Our travel guide in Shanghai. Hannah was very good too. We looking forward to our next stop - Suzhou & Nanjing. Derek our tour guide made our trip to Hangzhou delightful. He is knowledgeable, informative and very entertaining in recounting the history of the Linying Temple and explaining the various statues depicting the 4 heavenly guardians, KuanYin and Buddha. A definite 5 star for him. The Westlake performance which we requested to be included in our tour is a big disappointment. Enduring Memories of Hangzhou (the show we watched) was not Zhang Yimou’s Impressions of Westlake (the show we wanted to watch). It seems the former replaced the latter in 2016. The former contained western classical music and ballet such as Swan Lake, Beethoven and Clair de lune etc As foreign tourists, the foreign content has no relevance to Hangzhou at all.
