Together with my daughter (21) I participated in the Biketour. We really enjoyed it in combination with a visit to the rice fields, coffee plantation and helping with the preparations of a Balinese lunch at a traditional location. The guide and his driver were very nice and everything was well arranged from the beginning to the end. Definitely recommended if you like the small scale and not the slick bike rides on an Ebike.

Madea and family put their heart and soul into this experience for all, they are very welcoming and informative. The bikes go pretty ok and the lunch is outstanding. Traffic each way is slow but not within their control. Very much enjoyed this day out.

We had a fantastic trip today with awesome team…. Pickup from our accomodation then onto gorgeous rice terraces for a good look around then onto Luwak coffee plantation for a tour then tasting of all their amazing teas/coffees and lots of pictures of the Luwaks. We then got on our bikes and did a 20km downhill bike ride stopping at points of interest including rice harvesting and a couple of temples. Had great ride among lovely scenery … our guide Wayan was friendly and knowledgeable…. We then got picked up and taken for a delicious buffet lunch …. So good! Would recommend this tour 100%…. Our driver was great too (sorry forgot his name!!) thanks for a great day!

I did this bike tour recently. Mardy was our guide. Really enjoyed hearing about and seeing village life, as we biked through them stopping in various places. The food at the end was too notch. Simply delicious!

Our favourite day in Ubud was spent with Halo Bike Tours This is a small family owned business which provided a unique and very special day. Cycling downhill through the villages was so much fun (little pedaling necessary - electric bikes not required), the drive to the starting point was spectacular and we loved the stop at the coffee plantation. Above all, to be welcomed into their home and to share a beautiful meal with them was the perfect way to finish a lovely day. Thank you Wyan, we has so much fun! Stacey and Glenn

We had an awesome time with Made on this bike tour, he’s incredibly knowledgeable and generous with sharing this. His passion for interacting with others is evident and it was a fun day out. The tour itself was epic, loved being out in rural part cycling throu villages and seeing the real Bali. The meal at the end was A-maz-ing! Highly recommend

For value, incredible, not just in terms of the 2 hr bike ride itself but the activities beforehand as well. After being picked up at 8am at our hotel to beat the heat, we detoured to the rice paddies, which were grand and a popular Instagram spot, with seats and swings overlooking the fields. Satri, a coffee plantation, grower of exotic fruits, and place of Luwak coffee, we were treated to various complimentary teas, coffees unique to the area. The bike ride itself through the mountains, was non-exhaustive and mostly downhill allowing our lovely guide “Made” to explain village life as well as his own experience outside the touristy areas, but also for the hospitality after the ride at Made’s (tour guide) family compound, whose cousin served an authentic, and not too spicy Bali lunch. It’s value, experiences, hospitality, make it perfect for a daytrip in Bali.
