Halifax Essentials : ペギーズ・コーブ、シタデル・ヒル＆タイタニック墓地

My experience was sweet and sour. Was nice to be in a new place full of history but the weather condition don’t let admire and enjoy or take pictures specially in Peggy’s Cove as well.

We booked this tour last minutes. Our guide Jay tuned up on time and communicated with us immediately after we booked. This tour is very good because it’s fie small groups up to five and we were lucky enough to get it all to ourselves just to us.! Highly recommend it!

Our driver was an hour late picking us up and then crammed 4 of us in a small suv. Not enjoyable at all.

I had a wonderful experience with Iqbal as our tour guide! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the entire tour enjoyable and memorable, shared interesting information about the places we visited, and made sure everyone was comfortable. His hospitality and positive attitude made the experience even more special. Highly recommend Iqbal to evlooking for a great tour guide in Halifax! 😊

Our driver (tour guide) Iqbal was a really nice guy, very polite, knowledgeable and a very safe driver. He picked us up earlier than expected as our ship was leaving 4 hours earlier due to an impending storm, we had to arrange a 3 hour tour instead of 4 hours. We thus ended up as the only couple in a very comfortable car. We loved Peggy's Cove, and the scenery during the drive, including the luxury houses. Unfortunately there was not enough time to see Citadel Hill, or visit the Titanic Cemetery. Maybe next time? Thank you Iqbal, from Jeff & Sue.

We had a perfect day with Iqbal in Halifax! When he found that we were on our way to the meeting place, he offered to meet us at a different location to better accommodate us. He immediately made us feel comfortable and like part of his family. We especially appreciated his knowledge of the area and his willingness to share that knowledge with us. He is not originally from Canada, and the fact that he dedicated so much of himself to learning Canadian history for the sake of being great at his job was impressive, and we genuinely appreciated his passion and intelligence. He shared so many interesting stories with us “from his belly”. He took us to the Citadel, Peggy’s Cove, and the Titanic Cemetery. He even shared with us his best recommendations for snacks to try in Peggy’s cove and we were not at all disappointed! We have not stopped talking about our day in Halifax, and it was largely due to Iqbal and his hospitality. We’ve taken a lot of cruises and booked many tours, but Halifax and this tour especially may be one of the best yet. It’s definitely going to be hard to top! Thanks again for a day we’ll never forget!

Our group tour turned into a private tour with Nav. He was amazing! So friendly and engaging. He shared lots of local history and many personal highlights. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.
