Our cruise ship would not let us get on the tenders to go ashore. This was a last minute decision by the captain yet I was able to contact the tour guide with ease. He was very understanding and even facilitated our refund. We will definitely rebook with them when we try to come back to Horta.
Excellent way to see the beautiful island of faial. Our tour guide made our experience extremely memorable. My 86 year old mother loved seeing her island from this perspective! We had a wonderful day on the Magic Bus! Luis was a wonderful guide and took us to the highlights of Faial as well as some of his favorite places. We really enjoyed the trip. The Samba van is comfortable and the windows allowed for sweeping views. Stopped for a refreshing swim and some samples at the local cheese factory. Having grown up in Faial, Luis is knowledgeable and well connected. When our flight was canceled even worked to find us a place to stay. Above and beyond! Highly recommend!
