ロトルア近郊のワイオタプ サーマル ワンダーランドにあるマッド プールは、ニュージーランドで最も活発な地熱地帯の 1 つです。地下の地熱活動によって生じた、沸騰した泥水でできています。濃い灰色の泥水は火山ガスの放出により絶えず泡立ち、自然の持つ生のパワーを魅惑的に表現しています。マッド プールは火山の噴火によって形成された火口にあり、地熱現象に興味のある観光客に人気のスポットです。
ニュージーランドのロトルア近郊のワイオタプ サーマル ワンダーランドにあるレディ ノックス間欠泉は、毎日午前 10 時 15 分に噴出する天然温泉の間欠泉です。公園のスタッフが投入した界面活性剤によって噴出が始まり、高さ 10 ～ 20 メートルまで達し、約 1 時間続きます。この間欠泉は 20 世紀初頭に発見され、ニュージーランドの元総督の娘であるレディ コンスタンス ノックスにちなんで名付けられました。

The mud pool and the geyser are spectacular. The geothermal park was well built and easy to walk. The driver was informative. It's a fun day even it rained all the time.

The trails have inclines and may be difficult for some people. The experience was marvelous. So many geothermal cavities and large ponds. I was very impressed. The views of surrounding trees and mountains was beautiful.

Our morning tour was a great experience. We were picked up right on time and got to see everything we hoped to see. Karen and Slim were great hosts! They gave us lots of history and information about the area on our drives which was so nice! We really enjoyed this experience!

They picked me up on time, our guide was very friendly, we went to all the places mentioned and gave us information about the city, the only thing is that I found it a little expensive for the tour that was done, but I also know that this is the whole of New Zealand, likewise, for comfort and security issues, if I recommend it

Against a very unstable rainy weather, my experience with the tour was really exiting. I was the only passenger in the van and we had a very interesting conversation with my guide and driver

This is overpriced. Our bus driver was nice, he took us to mud pools and to the geyser on time then on to Waiotapu. But it is not worth the price tag at all, I think there are a lot of improvements that could be made, and the price should be dropped considerably to make this worth purchasing.

The first stop on the tour was unnecessary, and would have preferred to stay longer at the mud pools.

The stop at Sulphur Point is included to give our guests a brief introduction to Rotorua’s geothermal landscape, particularly the distinctive sulphur scent and natural features, before they experience it more extensively at Wai-O-Tapu. Many of our guests have found this preview helpful and informative. That said, we completely understand your preference for spending more time at the mud pools, and we truly value your input. Some really epic views of volcanic landscapes. Really enjoyable and the walk can be made easier or harder depending on your fitness. The one criticism I would have is that the digital voiceover for the commentary is a bit grating.

The provider deserves a medal! He did everything he could to make our tour enjoyable. Such pity that that some of the guests did thrir best to ruin it be being late for pickup snd two not arriving at all while we waited. This meant we missed time specific events. Dinesh deserves a medal.
