私の連絡先は+84935334871です 私たちの認定ガイドが孔子廟でお出迎えし、ホイアン教区教会までご案内します。そこで最初の料理はバインカンです。薄い米粉の生地で作られた、少し風味豊かなベトナムのパンケーキです。特別なテラコッタ バインカン型を備えた屋外のグリルで調理されます。混合物を型に流し込み、パンケーキの上にウズラの卵を乗せ、ピクルスとハーブで味付けします。
2 番目の目的地は、冒険家にとって大きな挑戦です。それはオプションの試みです。今回ご紹介するのは「バロット（アヒルの胚卵）」です。受精卵を胎児の発育が完了するまで約2週間保温し、通常の卵と同じように茹でて食べます。鶏卵。

We are from Australia and it was our first time visiting Vietnam and thanks to Huy we had a great time in Hoi An. We were recommended to lots of great local food and took a lot of great pictures since he knew all the best spots.
