Our guide, Stephano, was excellent, kind, and a real professional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute highlight of our Mauritius vacation! We took the half-day hike to the Seven Waterfalls as a family (six) with two children (8 and 10 years old) and could not have wished for a better guide than Stephano. From the beginning, he took a lot of time for our group and always adjusted the pace so that both the children and the adults could enjoy the tour to the fullest. You never felt like you were just being led through the program. Instead, Stephano made the hike a real experience with his calm, friendly, and motivating manner. Our children had an incredible amount of fun. They were able to climb over rocks, jump into the water from various spots, and even experience little fish nibbling at their feet – huge fun for the whole family. At the same time, Stephano kept explaining interesting facts about nature and ensured that we felt safe at all times. The landscape is simply spectacular. Waterfalls, natural pools, lush vegetation, and impressive views time and again make this tour an unforgettable experience. Anyone who wants to get to know Mauritius beyond just the beach should definitely do this hike. A big thank you to Stephano for his patience, his professionalism, and his warm manner. He played a decisive role in making this excursion one of the best memories of our vacation. Highly recommended – 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hike with magnificent landscapes during which you can swim (with the possibility of taking a 6m jump from the top of the 5th waterfall). The pace was totally adapted to the whole group! A big thank you to Stefano, our guide, who showed us the most suitable paths throughout this hike and who took many photos for the whole group!

Brilliant 1/2 day tour with Stefano. We had an awesome hike through the forest visiting the seven waterfalls. Stefano is a highly experienced guide and provided a wealth of information and some interesting insights into the forest, the falls and Mauritius culture. He takes safety very seriously and accommodates all levels of fitness. We went for a swim at one of the falls which was ace. One thing to watch out for are the “guides” at the entrance to the falls touting for business. If you value safety and want real value for money, recommend that you book with experienced guides beforehand from approved organisations. The forest is dense in places and you can easily get lost if you take the wrong route. First class day and one we will remember.

I had the chance to hike today with an absolutely amazing guide, Akhil, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He was incredibly patient, kind and attentive from beginning to end. You immediately feel his passion for his job, nature and especially for humans. He encouraged me along the way, never feeling pressured, so that I could fully enjoy the experience and go through with it. And the big bonus: his photography skills are just crazy, the photos are amazing. I feel really lucky to have come across such a human and passionate guide. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Great tour guide! Took time to explain how to get down a wet slippery slope safely. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Stephano was knowledgeable kind and gave us all the help we needed navigating the tougher parts of the hike. He took great pictures of us that my girlfriend loved. 10/10 experience.

The guide was perfect, caring for everyone. He really makes the little walk a good memory for everyone. The small swim at the end was just perfect to round off this walk with wellness for the body.
