Learned a lot about my heritage from the tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. The Rock church is breathtaking and I was so glad it was included. Very enjoyable day. Thanks!
This was a great Tour with Olga. She was informative and picked things we had not seen before. I especially liked the rock church.
Besides a few sights of Helsinki, we were particularly intrigued with the 17th and 18th centuries’ stories of the Swedish and Russians in Suomenlinna Fortress.
Marija, our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and we had a great time walking around Helsinki, it’s a great walking city and the fortress at Suomenlinna has some incredible history and the view from the cannon ridge is something else. Highly recommend this tour.
I have spent wonderful day with my private tour operator Sari and driver Jorma. I had leant many historical stories in Helsinki from her, which made my trip more memorial time. They helped me out to make my flight time, I do really appreciate for their heartful support to the end. The day was definitely one of my best time in my life. We had an amazing time with our tour guide (Olga) as we discovered the city and all the important landmarks ! We chose to begin the tour near the Kumpulan kampus tramway station instead of the city center and it was perfect as it gave us the chance to know a little more about where the city’s story really began 😁 We also loved all the funny and historical stories she share with us ! 😄 We definitely recommend giving this tour a try if you are interested in discovering Helsinki, the Suomenlinna Fortress and the history behind their foundation 👍
