We had a wonderful day, which was organised really well and each island was informative, funny and all staff were smiley, offering help to direct or run activities. Unfortunately the day we went it rained persistently, however the staff should be commended on continuing to provide a great day whilst getting wet! Our server Byron, was also very polite and attentive whilst dinning and there was plenty of food!
So much to do, luau was great. Had to come back the next day with the bounce back pass to see all the different islands. So much interesting info and presentations/shows.
Very thing was perfect! I love the show~ and I spent whole day!!!! Also thanks to my Chinese guide and all the employees, full of passion!
Our waiter was amazing he brought us a little cupcake and cookie to celebrate being married for 2 weeks it was very sweet of him

Absolutely awesome! We only booked a half day at the Polynesian Cultural Center, including the buffet and the evening show, and our only regret is that we didn’t spend the entire day here. There is so much to see and experience, and we had a great time. The buffet was great, and the show was incredible. Definitely plan a full day if you can!

We got the bigger Package with Guided Tour, Buffet and Circle of Life show. Unfortunately they whole day is fast-paced and you have no time for yourself. But that's because there is so much to do and to see, when booking it was unclear that the tickets are 3-days valid, we booked on our last day, so we could not take any advantage of that at all. The buffet was mediocre, you have to get lucky with the placement of your table and when you are called for going to the buffet. When we tried for the second round most things were already empty and they will not refill the food. You only have 1 hour to eat, and you are not allowed to the buffet until your "waiter" allows you to, so in the end it's not even 1 hour. Most of the food was below restaurant quality like the fried rice was awful and not edible. Shrimp were overcooked, only the huli chicken was good. Finally we had some fruits but the pineapple also tasted off, was definetely not fresh. When we tried to get coffee at the end, all the coffee was empty already and we could not get anything except soda from the drinking fountain. For the price we paid, I felt this was a great waste of time and money. You would eat better in the marketplace with $40 than with this "included" buffet. The "show" they have during the buffet, is only visible if you seat is set right, i was with my back to the show, so also nothing for me to see. The Circle of life was worth it though, great show and the cast gave everything. So I recommend to book the guided tour (Pele is the best guide, with his Ukulele) and the circle of life, but skip the buffet!
