We had a wonderful experience on this tour, and our guide, Frano, was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job showing us the highlights while also sharing interesting details along the way. His pace was perfect for our group, and we especially appreciated him taking us on the longer trail—it was well worth it! A couple of things to note for future travelers: the admission fee is paid separately at the check-in office, so be sure to have cash with you. It would be more convenient if this could simply be included in the tour price. The group was also fairly large, so there were a few people who needed to move at a slower pace. We visited at the end of September, and the weather was perfect. There were definitely crowds, but it was nowhere near as busy as I imagine it would be during peak season. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour. And if you can, ask for Frano—he was a wonderful guide and made the experience even better!

Sanja & Mia are great guides with amazing knowledge.

Sanjay and Mia did a great job introducing to the park. We saw both upper and lower lakes and made stops at the important photo opps. Super nice guides, very friendly and knowledge.

Long physical walk but well worth the effort. Guide very knowegable and informative. Bus used on 1st leg of tour a bit tired and noisy. 2nd leg of tour bus very good.

The tour is really well-organized. Our guides, Mia and Sanja, really tried to maximize our time in the park. The luggage transfer is also smooth, you just need to check you have yours before boarding the bus back. Highly recommended!

The meeting place is the small office across the street, not the larger office. While in Plitvice Lakes National Park, they will hold large luggage for you on the bus.

The trip was amazing. The colours of the lakes and the waterfalls were beautiful. Our tour guides, Sonia and Mia were informative, fun and friendly and did great to keep our group together.

The tour was amazing! Both Sonia and Mia were very informative throughout it all. They engaged our group and shared lots of neat facts about the Park, as well as Croatia. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it to anyone visiting Croatia.
