Fun guide and a really interesting tour, we recommend it!
Not too crowded with tourists and a pleasant visit. The guides are great. We discover lavender, all the senses are awakened. I will try the cosmetics activity soon. I recommend Le Mas en Provence whether you are from the region or not.
1-hour guided tour at the Mas: welcome with explanations on the qualities of the different lavenders, walk on the land, stages of distillation in front of the machine, and a video on cultivation. Very dynamic guide who was available throughout the traveling tour. On-site shop and food truck with picnic tables allow you to extend this sensory break.
Sylvain introduced us to the production of the oils in a professional and charming way.

Very nice visit and friendly guide. Too bad that in August the lavender is no longer purple... better to go in June. The explanation of the oils and the extraction was interesting
Grazie mille per la vostra recensione! Siamo felici che abbiate apprezzato la visita, la simpatia della guida e soprattutto la scoperta della distillazione e degli oli essenziali. È vero, per ammirare la lavanda nei suoi colori più intensi consigliamo di venire da metà giugno. Ma il MAS non è solo campi di lavanda: durante tutto l’anno raccontiamo il nostro lavoro, dalla coltivazione delle piante aromatiche fino alla loro distillazione. A presto al MAS! Sylvain

The site is magnificent, the guided tour is a treat, Simon (the guide) delighted us because he masters his subject perfectly and knows how to convey his knowledge with lightness punctuated by humor. The owner we met is a passionate person of extreme kindness. The whole team is pleasant. I 100% recommend this tour, which is worth it!

It was really an interesting tour with good information. It also wasn't so long that one might lose interest. The few euros are well invested and you still learn something about the area.
