Would greatly recommend this activity to anyone. Would definitely come again when I visit back. Good tour guide, rum was good, chocolate was amazing, cigar was so smooth. And their gift shop is on the cheaper side so my wife got so many souvenirs

It's okay if you want to buy local souvenir products. They have everything in the same place. Transportation was good and punctual. Communication with the operator was easy. But for an outing, I find it a little disorganized. You go free in the center that sells everything.
Buenos días gracias por su reseña. Cuando vienes por libre a nuestra tienda el como mínimo un taxi te cobra 40 dólares como mínimo y depende la localidad. Nosotros cobramos 5 dólares de transportación que al final es gratis.
Excellent tour from start to finish. The driver was in time and professional. The tour guide was very patient and helpful. The Cigar and rum tasting were absolutely fantastic. It’s a small shopping experience with authentic Dominican products!

I would give 2.5 more than 3. We had ask a french tour that we didn't get. The way to santo domingo is more like 2h30 than 1h30. Transportation of roosters on our way back. On our way back, we didnt have water and we didn't stop to at least buy water or somthing else. To many visits in the bus than on foot. However the cave was very interresting and the guide was very good.
