Disgusted - be very careful. We booked and were really looking forward to the Aston Martin GT4 experience - booked for November 2026. On March 15 2026 we were notified that YMC were cancelling the booking. We had no choice but to accept their offer of a full refund and provided all the details requested. We were a bit surprised to be told that the refund would take 4-6 weeks to process but waited. It’s now May 14th - way past the 6 weeks. We have no refund. YMC advised us that the relevant department is reviewing and considering whether a refund can be approved. This is horrendous. They cancelled our booking and haven’t refunded our payment. They are no longer responding to our emails - we have no choice now but to make a formal complaint to our credit card company. Think carefully before booking!!

Great car, good instructors who help you to drive as fast as you feel safe going. Good facilities and a very slick operation. Not too many cars on track so you are able to get moving without too much disruption. It will feel like 15mins isn’t long enough when you book, but it’s perfect.
While I typically don't leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience, particularly to highlight one exceptional individual: SHIBIN YUSUF, Senior Instructor. A huge shoutout to him! This was my third visit, and I'm pleased to say that they've finally brought on board someone capable of effectively managing the driving experience. However, I must mention that the receptionist was rather rude. If you need assistance, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Shibn—I'm confident that if he can help, he will. He even managed to secure extra slots for us, which he does for many others as well. We observed Shibin from 12:30 PM to 3:45 PM as he diligently checked on each participant to ensure their well-being. Me and my family admire how he manages to care for over 200 customers, +conduct briefings, oversee all instructors, and still find time to hit the track for some drifting. He truly is an invaluable asset, and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Yusuf, and I look forward to my next visit!

I booked the experience for my father who was visiting and they cancelled last minute. Absolute waste of money, could not change plane tickets and they have not refunded my money. Now out of over 5000aed DO NOT BOOK THEY ARE SCAMMERS

My son and I took part in this experience and it was superb. Briefjng was concise but included everything you needed to know. My son is an experienced track driver and I am a novice but the instructors quickly realised this in the car and gave the perfect amount of input for us both. I had the idea that this was a pretty much road Aston Martin but it is so much more than that. It’s a proper race vehicle. We both enjoyed it so much that when we are in Abu Dhabi again we will repeat the experience. Well done to the whole team for an excellent and well organised experience.

Too many people, long waiting time… Time of driving only 15 min, at the same time there a instructors with guest on the track, as a result they overtake you and you have to slow down quite often… Also track is only small part of formel 1 track… As a summary to expensive for what you get!
I have booked the Aston Martin Experience in June 2023 during our vacation at the beginning of November 2023. They cancelled one day before the experience and promised that I get my money back. I have this information in written form. After some emails with the official provider nothing happens. All the time they wrote me „soon“… After 2 months I do not have any refund.
I booked an Aston Martin driving experience for my husband and son in law for Xmas. We were sent the liability forms the day before the experience. Within five minutes of completing the forms I received an email informing me that the track was closed for a private booking so we would need to reschedule. Less than 24 hours notice and our son in law was flying the day after the date I had booked. No prior to notice so we could reschedule even though I had booked months in advance. Shocking experience and left with no Xmas gift for family Members. The last time I will book anything here.
