When we arrived, there was someone there to meet us with a sign. We had asked for an Executive SUV for 4 people. The suv was small. 3 of us are over 6 feet tall. We were packed in like sardines. The picture that was saw online was not what we thought we were getting. Returning back was terrible. There was no sign to tell us where to meet the driver. With over 300 people getting off the cruise ship, it was hard to find our driver.

Regarding the terminal exit, we informed you of the boarding location where you should find the vehicle. Unfortunately, name signs are not permitted inside the terminal at the ship’s exit, but we provided our counter location on platform 22 via Viator. Our ride from our Sao Paulo hotel to the cruise port in Santos went well under the circumstances. Although it was quite chaotic at the cruise port with so much traffic and people, our driver Florisvaldo made sure we were dropped off at the correct door. He was very patient and pleasant throughout the long wait.

The pickup at our hotel was a few minutes early which was a pleasant surprise. The trip was in a nice car and dropped us off at our hotel

Hoberto, who was our driver, was exceptional. He was on time, happy to wait, and drove us to our destination in plenty of time. He was also kind enough to refer us to a guide we were looking for in Rio, which workd out very well.

We did our best to keep everything organized, but unfortunately, with such a high volume of vehicles, we had traffic problems—cars weren’t able to reach the terminal. but that doesn’t excuse it. Well, the people at the air port in São Paulo did not understand English. The provider Santorini Brazil never replied to my text for verification of where they would pick me up. After locating them in Terminal 3, after texting that I was at terminal 2, they kept asking about my flight from the previous day, after 15 minutes they finally got an English interpreter. So it took about 45 minutes to finally get to my so so executive vehicle. The driver at first did not want to out our suitcases in his small vehicle with no air conditioning.

Driver never showed up. Nor did he communicate. I’m still waiting on a refund and company is delaying/stalling. I do not recommend using this service.

However, we had three ships with a large number of people in transit, which made access to transportation difficult and caused considerable confusion and some missed connections. Your vehicle remained at your disposal throughout the entire day. We will work to improve next time to avoid any inconvenience.
The driver went to the hotel instead of the port to pick us up. Fortunately, the tour operator had a kiosk at the port but no one spoke English. But finally sorted things out and got us to our destination
