We really enjoyed to learn prepare delicious Peruvian dishes ourselves! The teacher-cook was very entertaining and provided lots of interesting insights into the Peruvian cuisine. We took home lots of good memories. Having received the printed recipes is a surplus, so we can prepare the dishes back at home and be reminded of our amazing holiday in Peru.
Our class was excellent! Not only did we cook delicious food, we learned a lot about Peruvian food and culture. Fernando was a great teacher!
