Amazing tour and knowledge tour guide, Ahmed Salah. Pick up and drop off was timely.

I can really recommend this tour. Mirna and Ahmed took good care of me. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Had a great day and the driver did also a great job. We spent the whole day and it was a super experience for me. I travelled alone as a women. Lunch was also good.

Lovely guys we had for the excursion- the guide Pierre and the driver. All was perfectly organised, nice brief explanation etc. In general we had an excellent time spent, so - recommended.

We were disappointed in our tour guide. He read descriptions to us from the GEM exhibit plaques. . He did not share much information on the pyramids. He sent us out to the pyramids while he sat at the gelato stand. Same thing happened at the GEM . He sat at the coffee shop while we explored the museum. We were supposed to have bottled water with our excursion, but we had to buy our own. At the end of the day we told him we were supposed to have water and on the way back to our hotel at the end of the day he stopped and bought some water. So many things went wrong. Definitely disappointing we were expecting so much more.

Do not use this it is a scam, no pick up and no tickets, no refund and the museum know this is being done all the time

The museum has a very beautiful architecture and it will be until November when the whole items found in Tutankhamen tomb will be exhibited. The visit is enhanced by having a good guide like Amr who took out to iconic points of the museum, because it is very big.

I was supposed to have a pick up and a drop off also Tickets but the tour guide said I only paid for audio only so I did not go to the museum at all. A very bad experience. I paid money to go to the museum and never went.

I went on a tour because I thought it would be safer than going by myself. The tour operator charged me another $20 to pick me up from my hotel stating it was out of their normal area. Driver picked me up at 8 and drove me around for an hour and went and sat in hotel parking lot for 15 minutes. Went to the museum and met the "tour" guide whose comments were I love this gold statue I take a picture of it every time I am here. He sometimes got the info correct but it was no more than was on the information provided. After a short time, he gave me 90 minutes to wander by myself then wanted to take me to the market and someone who could make me a cheap cartouche. I declined. The "tour director" jumped out of the car when I said no and the driver proceeded to drive me out of town. I told him this I did not recognize this area and wanted to go back to my hotel NOW. He turned the van around and I was at my hotel in 15 minutes. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Astonishing building hosting a comprehensive well displayed selection of Egyptian artefacts. I would recommend taking the tour as the guide highlighted the most interesting pieces and details we might have missed. She also answered questions patiently afterwards. Everything was brand new and worked well and the view of the pyramids was magnificent.

Our guide Mahmoud was so great. We visited the Grand Egyptian Museum and Giza. The Grand Egyptian museum was partially open but the exhibition was impressive. That was even more with our guide! Since we chose the tour only the evening before we went to, we were little worried about the departure time because we decided to leave early in the morning. But we did not have to. He showed up just on time with his big smile! He was knowledgeable and gentle. He understood what we would like to do and need. At the end of the tour, we were quite sure we selected the best tour ever. I do recommend this tour company together with him!
