Wow… what an incredible experience! 🤩 Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, true five-star service. A huge thank you to Rafael, our pilot, who was great with us: super friendly, funny, attentive, and adorable with the children. We felt at ease with him right away, and he really made this experience even more special. And the helicopter flight with Papillon… just magical! Clearly one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Memories filling my head and stars in my eyes ✨ Thanks to the whole team, it was exceptional. I recommend it 1000%!

I bought my ticket early the day of the trip for me and my daughter. The pick up point was Treasure Island any only time showing on receipt was 1345. Alittle confused I went to Bell Clerk to make sure where and when pick up was. She said at 1345 in front of building. We waited in our room doing nothing till I got the call saying I missed the pick up and there wasn’t enough time to make it at that point. Plus told no almost $900 refund because out of 24 hour window. It’s crap!

Wow what an amazing experience this was. We got picked up by mini bus with an hours drive ish then watched a safety video . We then got weighed where they would say where you would be sitting all about getting the balance right . We then did our trip over to the Grand Canyon and landed to take pictures and have a light snack and some champagne 🍾 and water . We then refuelled at another stop before returning . A must do when in vegas well worth the money our pilot was great too.

Great experience. Emma was a great pilot and guide and was patient with me while getting in the helicopter. I had a knee replacement and it took a few tries to get situated. I was grateful for the step stool. I did wish that it was cooler on the helicopter but it was a hot day. The picnic basket snack and drink was very refreshing.

Had such a great time on the tour. The staff were exceptional and did everything in their power to help when the first tour I was booked on was cancelled due to the weather and the actual tour itself was so much fun with a brilliant pilot. Cannot recommend enough.

Our Grand Canyon helicopter tour was the highlight of our family vacation! Traveling with our 5-year-old, we were a bit nervous, but our pilot made us feel completely safe and comfortable from start to finish. The flight was incredibly smooth, and the views were breathtaking. Landing inside the canyon for a champagne toast felt like a dream—it was such a special way to celebrate with the family.
