You also mention that the visit was difficult because of the amount of walking. The complete guided visit lasts approximately three hours, and according to our records, your visit started at 11:30 a.m. and finished at around 2:30 p.m., which is precisely the expected duration. In any case, we are sorry that the experience was physically demanding for you. We always recommend taking into account the size and terrain of the Alhambra when booking, especially for visitors who have mobility or balance difficulties.
