A must do trip if travelling to Bhutan. Our guide Namgay from the first to last moments was attentive, flexible and demonstrated the fine balance of sharing both knowledge and culture, with our needs. We left Bhutan feeling that we had been more the adequately shown the highlights of the country and less known experiences (stone bath, local Buddhist festival). Our driver transported us with consideration and felt safe at all times. Choice of Hotels were above our expectations. Throughout we felt that we were in good hands and well looked after at all times.

My trip through Bhutan exceeded all expectations, thanks to the exceptional work of the Omsha Travel team. From planning to the end of the trip, everything was executed with admirable perfection. I want to highlight the work of the duo that accompanied me: Lhazin Dorji (Guide): When I made the reservation, I explained that my English was bad and I needed a guide who spoke slowly and had patience. Everything worked perfectly and we were able to communicate very well. Lhazin is a fantastic professional. His explanations of the country’s culture, Buddhism and history were profound and enriching, turning every visit to temples and dzongs into a true classroom. His clarity and good humor made all the difference in my understanding of the country. Gyelpo Tshering (Driver): Transmitted incredible safety on all roads, very comfortable car and clean. In addition to being an exemplary driver, his kindness and good humor were also constant throughout the journey. It also marked me very much the agency's commitment to the client. On my last day, I had a problem with my return ticket — which I had bought myself, without any relationship with the agency. Despite not having any responsibility for the flight, Lhazin mobilized, making contact with the airline and helping me resolve the situation with total readiness. This type of "extra" support shows the character and dedication of those who visit the country. I recommend Omsha Travel, Lhazin and Gyelpo without hesitation to anyone who wants to know Bhutan with safety, comfort and cultural depth.

When searching for a Bhutanese tour operator, I found Omsha Travels via the official Bhutan tourism website, and it was a total godsend. Led by Nawang, Omsha Travels is a truly genuine operator. Nawang is incredibly responsive and communicates promptly. We initially planned a nine-day tour but later decided to extend it to ten days, and the team accommodated the change seamlessly. They offer highly competitive rates alongside stays at the best hotels available. Our journey began in Bagdogra, and Nawang provided our driver details well in advance. Despite some road blocks and commotion due to the Indian elections, the situations were handled expertly. Upon entering Bhutan, we met our guide, Ugyen, who navigated the immigration formalities with ease. Throughout the trip, they shared the rich history and stories behind every temple and dzong we visited, They also accompanied us on various hikes with a lively and tireless spirit that kept us motivated. Our trip coincided with the Paro Tshechu, which is the busiest time of year, yet Omsha Travels still secured excellent accommodation in the heart of the city. Our driver, Sonam, was exceptionally calm and patient throughout the entire journey. When we encountered an issue with one of our stays, Nawang resolved it the moment he was notified. His genuine concern for the experience of his guests is clear. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a seamless trip to Bhutan!

Our experience with OMSHA Travel started with pre trip booking and questions which were always answered quickly, clearly and were extremely helpful, thank you Nawang. On arrival at Paro airport, we were met with a very warm welcome by our guide Namgay and our Driver Ngawang, both of whom were very kind and considerate for our whole trip. During our 5 days in Bhutan, we were taken around all the main sights and tourist attractions in what is a stunning and beautiful country. Our guide Namgay was extremely knowledgeable of all the history of the Bhutan and the places we visited. The people of Bhutan are lovely and friendly. After being driven to all the sights each day, we were dropped off at our hotels all of which were very good. Our driver Ngawang was a very safe driver and always willing to help with anything he could. All meals breakfast, lunch and dinner were included in the price and were excellent. Also, all entry tickets to the tourist attractions were included. I highly recommend a visit to the Bhutan and if you do plan a visit, you should use OMSHA travel as you will not be disappointed. I enjoyed my multi-day tour of Bhutan and learned a lot about the culture and the people of this unique country. The tour was expertly organized by Nawang, who allowed for a large degree of flexibility and customization. He handled all logistics, so all I had to do was show up and enjoy. My tour guide was Namgay, who had deep knowledge and expertise on seemingly every area of Bhutanese culture and history and also was a pleasure to be around. The tour was well organised and went smoothly. Appreciate the flexibility of the arrangements in taking into account our energy levels. Wondering how to put into words the experience we’ve had these past 6 days. Bhutan is a truly spectacular country and the people made the experience all the more special Organising the trip with Nawang was effortless. He understood immediately what we required and customised the trip according to our interests. Sonam, our guide is an absolute gem. He was so eager to share his knowledge and love for his country. He was friendly and extremely accommodating. His answer was always yes and it made our trip all the more special. We will always remember this trip and it’s because of him Our driver Tashi- quiet, respectful and extremely kind. Always greeted us with a smile. The hotels were clean and check in/out was seamless. We requested for a bike for 3 days and absolutely loved riding it. Both the guide and driver were very comfortable with handling both bike and car which made us feel very safe. We cannot recommend Omsha travels enough. If you are looking for a travel agent, don’t look any further.
