Had a very good and fun experience during this tour. Our tour guide Ms Yao was very fun and told us many things about their culture. She is very kind and accommodating. She also takes very good photos.

Zizi is very accommodating tour guide she also helps solo travels take their own photo without even asking, she also give us some insights on the place and what other places to visits and tips as well

Dzi is an amazing and happy person who is patient with guests and open to questions about life in Sapa! I’d recommend this tour to anyone finding Sapa a little difficult to navigate.
Today was a blast. We were suggested the better sequence to take to avoid long queues. And in the tourist spots, Ms. Yao assisted us by taking high quality and instagrammable photos - plus the on-the-spot posing tutorial! We really noticed the convenience she offered as we have noticed we were able to go at the tourist spots before the crowd went there. We were also able to enjoy most of the activities the tourist spots have to offer as she suggested time frames of when the clouds are clearer. And she was encouraging to partake in activities which eventually lead us to enjoy today even more. Overall, it was a very nice experience to have Ms. Yao guide us in our tour today.
Ms. Yao, our tour guide, is very professional, kind and informative. She speaks english well, and she’s kind to answer all our questions. We are 3 pairs in the group, comparatively smaller than the usual, so we were able to finish all our activities around 3pm. She also voluntarily takes our pictures and videos, and she is good. Ms. Yao is greatly recommended as well as this tour.
