It was good, the tram ride was a little lacking, but if you live animals and want to support their foundation than its worth it.

Overall a beautiful experience for my sister’s birthday. Jeffrey was definitely the star of the star of the show but my sister was the birthday. Staff were very friendly and informative. 5 stars for Blanca and Andy! Will definitely be coming back!
This experience was so fun!! We were greeted by Blanca and she helped make the train ride happen even though it wasn’t supposed to run today!! Thank you Andy for driving us around and being so informative!! Amazing people, atmosphere and animals!!
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the Grapetown Giraffe Experience and wine tasting, and it was absolutely amazing! Feeding the giraffe was such a unique and unforgettable experience. A special thank you to Blanca and Andy for making our visit so memorable. They were friendly, welcoming, and truly made the day special. Great wine, wonderful people, and an incredible experience—we highly recommend it!
