It was decent experience with no stress and hassle. Uber or taxi would maybe saved a few dollars but the no hassle and limited wait was worth it for me.

The driver was good and safe. Traffic was very heavy with rain. Unfortunately the car was smaller than I’d hoped and the driver was not bilingual though we had arranged both.

Despite a non eventful flight, there was an hour wait to retrieve our baggage. My flight arrived very early in the morning and my driver waited patiently for the whole. He was outside baggage claim with a sign with my name on it, which was a blessing for a tired passenger. The car was clean and roomy. My driver was funny, good natured and got me to my hotel through early rush hour traffic without a hitch. I’m definitely using this service again!

Excellent service from booking through to drop off. The service provider kept in regular contact with me vis WhatsApp & on landing sent me a photo of my driver so was easy to meet up. Car was very clean & driver was very experienced.

The taxi from the airport to the hotel in Copacabana cost 240 Reais, and in the end, they left it at 130 Reais. We achieved an excellent discount.

Someone was there to meet us at the exit and take us to the transfer driver immediately. Driver was friendly and overall felt very safe.

Mateus was amazing! Great communication, super friendly, and went above and beyond sharing history and telling us about the sites as we drove.

The driver Alexandre was fantastic and kept up communication about the time we were going to meet. He was waiting for us and we had a great drive from the airport to the hotel. I wish we could get him to drive us on the way back to the airport.
