The driver was very kind. The car was too small for 3 people with quite a bit of luggage. No air conditioning, and it was very hot.

Ride wasn’t there when we arrived. Much confusion and delayed pick up. Seemed like they lost our reservation. I wouldn’t recommend.

Couldnt recommend...very poor comms delay unprofessional scary and unsafe...driver checking and typing on mobile most of the way to hotel in heavy challenging traffic...we waited about 30 mins at collection point others a lot longer

They didn’t book the right transport for us. They were unable to take us to our destination. So we had to find our own alternative. They also refused a refund.
I classify the experience as reasonable by the following: the service provided by humans in a face-to-face manner was very good. When we arrived from the landing, a company employee was already waiting and soon directed us to the driver who left us at the hotel; The hiring of the service, however, leaves to be desired, I don't know if by the company or the site that intermediates, or by both, because they request and present information that, in my opinion, induce to contract a round-trip transfer service for a reasonable value, however, when I finished I received only one voucher. When requesting (in Portuguese from Brazil) the return voucher I was answered (in another language) that the hiring was only one-way. The hiring process is as follows: When filling in the fields for contracting the transfer, it is required to provide the details of the return and return flight, flight numbers, date and time, as well as the addresses of the start and destination of both the return and return flight. In addition, when consulting the reservation, after contracting, there is a tab "Departure and return" that when accessing it presents the following information: "Detail of the return. Return to the original starting point. End: This activity ends at the meeting point." Suggest to the website and the service provider: Offer the service in a clear and transparent way and not in a dubious way. When requesting information/question, the customer responds in the same language.
Clean, comfortable, spacious ride from the airport to my destination. Great welcome to the amazing city of Rio de Janeiro. Would definitely recommend a use again.
It was all calm. They met the agreed schedule and we traveled with a friendly driver in a car that is not very special, but is OK.
