The place is amazing, a must for everyone. I hope all people can Enjoy Pucon and the surroundings. The pick up was nice and easy.
Despite being rainy, it's exactly what my body needed after climbing Villarica Volcano the prettiest day. Extremely relaxing and beautiful scenery.
It is a full day experience to be picked up only @ 13.00 and waiting for the last couple for >15 min gave us not enough time to get back before dark. However the driver was good and heloed us out with his ID at the entry point. Viator should warn visitors to nring passports because we do not carry them all the time with us.
Cancelled 30 minutes after the pick-up time. I would like there to be a warning for solo travellers or maybe cancel earlier.
