Beautiful jewellery and a lovely family. An authentic and informal workshop experience, with the option to do as much or as little crafting as you wish. Relaxed option of snacks (fruit and roti with fiery chill paste!). Tea and bottled water offered too. We left with two beautiful silver rings made to our chosen design and finished to perfection by the skilled master craftsman and the multi-generational family team. Thank you.

It was a really wonderful and enjoyable workshop that my girlfriend and I took part in! We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the start; the family is very friendly, kind, and accommodating, and they try to let you do as much as possible yourself when making the ring (depending on the design, sometimes more, sometimes less). When we shared our budget, they were very understanding and made sure we could stay within it even with the gemstone, so it was a wonderful experience here as well. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who would like to try their hand at making their own ring!

It was a really good experience to be involved in making your own jewelry. We were involved in all the processes that were possible and we received a fine instruction. In addition, it was nice to be with the family, where they told about the company and the jewelry. They get my best recommendations.

This was an amazing experience to get to visit the local jewellers and be walked through each step of creating a gorgeous piece of jewellery. The family are most gracious hosts, providing tea on arrival and a small meal halfway through. You get hands on with the process right from choosing gemstones, melting the silver, shaping, filing and polishing to see the incredible craftsmanship of this jeweller. Class was £4 each which is excellent value for money and you just pay the price of the jewellery which start from around £30. A very heartwarming and memorable experience with a beautiful souvenir to remember it.

We had the most incredible experience making our own silver rings! From start to finish, it was hands-on, creative, and so much fun. The team were so helpful throughout, the service was amazing, and they even picked us up and dropped us off which made everything so easy. They guided us through designing our rings and made the whole process feel really special. Walking away with something we created ourselves was such a brilliant feeling. Absolutely amazing experience – I would massively recommend this to everyone. You must try it!

I had an amazing time with this experience! I was kindly collected from where I was staying and taken to the workshop where I was provided with drinks and snacks before starting the jewellery choice and making. They help you get involved with most stages of the jewellery making and at a later stage more snacks and drinks were provided. I’m very happy with my ring and the experience! Everyone was so friendly and I really recommend!

I had the most amazing experience with Adhi and Prabhath in Unawatuna! I chose my own stones and had a beautiful silver ring made with tourmaline on both sides and an Australian sapphire in the centre. I arrived at 1pm and my ring was completely finished and ready for me by 6pm the same day! The whole experience is so special because you can actually make the jewellery yourself while they teach and guide you through the process, or if you prefer, you can choose your stones and design and have them make it for you. There were so many beautiful real gemstones and sapphires to choose from, and the prices were soooo affordable, especially for genuine stones and a completely custom piece of jewellery. Adhi and Prabhath were both so lovely, knowledgeable and talented. Such a unique experience and one of my favourite things I did in Sri Lanka. I would 100% recommend visiting them if you’re in Unawatuna! 💍✨

This experience is a must! We were welcomed into our host’s home and studio and taken through every facet of the jewellery making process. My daughter made two rings (presents for her upcoming birthday) and loved been part of the process. A truly magical day spent in the company of kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and talented people. We will be encouraging everyone we know to visit.
