We loved the bottomless brunch! I love there was options on food, the atmosphere was amazing! I feel like everyone that was there was included in everything, was a brilliant afternoon. Didn’t want it to end

We had such a fantastic night for my Hen Party back in February! We absolutely loved the whole experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was so welcoming, and the queens were brilliant — so funny, entertaining and full of energy. We had such a good laugh and it was definitely a night to remember! It was one of those nights where you leave already wanting to come back, so we’re really excited to use the Golden Ticket and do it all over again. 👑✨

Awful experience. We were told to arrive early as per email. We had booked a drag act as part of vip hen do package which promised a table, drinks on arrival, party bags, popcorn, photos and shout outs to name a few. When we arrived we were told to go downstairs to Benidorm, our table wasn’t ready so they took us upstairs to a booth that had leftover hen party bags on, two of which were open already. The tables clearly hadn’t been cleaned etc. There was no one on the bar so they had to find someone to serve us. At around 10 when the act was supposed to start we got told to go back downstairs but told there was no table, after some arguing back and forth that that wasn’t good enough, they then said we could have a booth which we wouldn’t have been able to see the act from. The act ended up being a stripper and not a drag act. At one point they tried to have us escorted out by security for complaining but security sided with us. We have emailed our complaint and asked for a refund to which they have said we arrived early so our table clearly wouldn’t be ready. They said they hired the stripper for us, we were stuck at the back of venue as no tables were ready so we couldn’t see the stripper and he got another hen up, so clearly this was not booked for us! The whole night was a joke and the staff were so unhelpful as was confirmed by security, sounds like this is a regular occurrence! We have said the £50 refund is not enough as no part of the package was done correctly! They are yet to come back to us with a resolution!

I honestly would never go back to this place again and I certainly wouldn't be suggesting it to anyone . I was part of a group celebrating a hen do . The staff were rude . Everything that was meant to be part of the booking was non existent spent most of the night chasing up about the booking and still nothing was sorted 0/10 night

Formal complaint regarding our recent hen party booking for the DysCo ABBA Themed Man After Midnight Disco, which we paid £216.72 for a group of 8 people. The package we paid for clearly advertised a number of specific experiences and inclusions. Unfortunately, none of the advertised VIP elements were provided, and our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The package advertised: A VIP table decorated with balloons and confetti. A fabulous goody bag. A special welcome and attention from the DysCo Queens. Shout-outs and extra attention for the Hen VIP. A complimentary glass of fizz for the Hen VIP. Unlimited popcorn. The ABBA themed disco experience. A drag show. Unfortunately, we received none of these advertised extras. When we arrived, we were not greeted or welcomed by the DysCo Queens. There was no VIP table, no balloons or confetti, and no goody bags. The Hen VIP received no shout-outs, no special attention and no VIP treatment whatsoever. We were also not provided with the complimentary glass of fizz or unlimited popcorn that was specifically included in the package we had paid for. Furthermore, there was no drag show, which was another significant part of what we understood we were paying for. What made the situation even more disappointing was our interaction with the manager. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation or show any understanding of our concerns, we found the manager to be extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. This was a hen party, and we had specifically chosen and paid for this package because we wanted the Hen VIP to feel special and for the evening to be memorable. Instead, we paid £216.72 for eight people and did not receive the advertised package or the experience we had purchased. We appreciate that occasionally things may go wrong during an event, but in this instance it appears that the majority of the advertised package was simply not provided. This is particularly concerning given that these were not complimentary extras; they formed part of the package for which we had paid. Asked for a substantial refund to compensate us for the services and inclusions that were not provided.

I visited on Friday with my sister in law. It was just the two of us and I wasn't sure if it would be fun in just a pair. However we had a brilliant time as the atmosphere was super friendly and inclusive so we chatted danced and laughed with lots of other guests and the gorgeous Queens of course. Well done to the Queens for your passion and wicked humour!

We recently (June) had a really fun afternoon out to Funnyboyz. It was for a friend’s birthday and there were 4of us . We had a great time drinking cocktails and eating free popcorn. The drag queens were all amazing, attentive to all the groups there and making sure everyone had a a fabulous time. The shows were fun and one of our group won a voucher for a free Mary Poppins afternoon tea which we are going back for soon. If you want a fun afternoon or evening can’t recommend this place enough, for men and women of any age.

Highly recommend, we where so looked after, we did a bottomless booking for a hen do, service amazing, quality amazing, drag artist absolutely brilliant, quite literally not a single thing could have been done better, thank you ☺️
