Great experience that gives a very nice full day of the many facets of the north. Bus was comfortable and timely, our guide Amy, was knowledgeable and provided great insight. We were able to release our lanterns on the train tracks which was a really cool experience. It was quite warm out, but an overall lovely tour with lots of walking and sights to see.
There is a real variety of experiences on this tour. Touristy in places, but also some natural parks and landscapes.
The tour does go fairly quick once you are at your destination. Please pay attention to your guides because they will give you instructions on where to go at each stop. There are many places to eat so if you want to try different foods, eat a light breakfast. We had Amy who was a great tour guide. I commented that she is very energetic and shows excitement during the tour.
Better tour guide, it was rated 2/10, some activities were not explained. We paid for taxis in addition without knowing it is not covered. Terrible tour operator.

Our tour was amazing! We got to see so much of Taipei and explore areas further afield that we probably would not have discovered on our own. Our tour guide, Jerry, was fantastic. He was so organized, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. He made the whole experience easy, enjoyable, and memorable.
Guide was very nice and responsive! The trip itself was beautiful and worth every minute. The itinerary was very efficient and we got to see way more than we expected.
need to be fit and i mean fit not suitable for people over 40 felt more like marathon training than a tour
