We had a great day touring Addis Ababa with Henok. He is a very knowledgeable guide, and was able to teach us a lot about the history of Ethiopia and the city as a whole. The museum was a highlight, and the home cooked meal and coffee was delicious.

Biruk was amazing; kind and knowledgeable. He was flexible and adapted tour to my interests. He was open to talking about Ethiopia but also music, food, life in general. As a solo female traveler having the guide and driver made the day very easy and pleasant. Biruk was also good at taking photos. Highly recommend. Very organized and professional.

My guide Biruk was very knowledgeable, fun, and flexible and had great taste in music! We had a lovely day exploring Addis. It was also great having a driver who could easily drop and pick us up from various points. Would highly recommend. Especially for solo travelers.

I had a great 1-day tour of Addis Ababa with Zele who took me to museums and various sites across the city. He did not just drop me off at the museums - he provided a guided tour of each place tailored to what I was interested in. During the drive I shown various monuments and heard stories of the city and country's history. In the middle of the tour they took me to an authentic coffee ceremony and ethiopian lunch. Near the end they took me to a few boutique shops to find the perfect gifts for my family - and later - I saw that the prices and quality were much better than I could achieve at the airport (or going to the local market). I would highly recommend their tour to both solos, couples, and famillies.

Biruk was an excellent guide for a day tour around Addiss. Very knowledgeable about the city and history of the country. He had planned our day but was very happy to adjust the tour to include things I wanted to do and see. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Addis Ababa! 5 stars!

We’re so glad we chose this company for our Addis Ababa tour. We had an absolutely fabulous tour with Biruk. We were picked up right on time and spent the rest of the day exploring the myriad sights of Addis Ababa. Biruk organized the tour around our interests, and we saw a huge variety of destinations, many of which were off the beaten track. We saw the Merkato, where we were able to get out and walk around. We spent time driving to the top of the mountain where we enjoyed a traditional meal with a family while we watched the matriarch make coffee—from rinsing or roasting to grinding to brewing. Biruk arranged for us to see pottery being made and also gave us a detailed tour of the national museum. His expertise is wide and deep, answering our many questions. It was really interesting to see Holy Trinity church. All along the way we learned about Ethiopian culture and history. I learned so much in a short time. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

Biruk was an incredible tour guide! He took us all over Addis - the Mercato, the National Museum, the Holy Trinity Cathedral, the view up Entoto Park. All along the way, Biruk told us stories about what we were seeing - with topics ranging from some of the oldest and most important fossils found connecting our species to our evolutionary ancestors, to the origin of coffee culture, to the country’s rulers of the last 150 years. Ethiopia’s history is rich and fascinating and Biruk is an endless source of information! At the end of our tour, we also fit in a very pleasant stop for coffee and endless injera and various yummy things, which was a major highlight for me. Definitely recommend Biruk and this tour to any visitors!
