Overall a good tour but I think it can improve; although the guide (Rafael) was very informative and charismatic, as a tour agency there are still points for improvement. In my case, they sent me to the back and well, most of the people were large-bodied, which made me feel uncomfortable; they didn't even let me sit properly at first. When getting off at the first point, I asked the guide if I could sit next to him, but he mentioned that that seat was preferably for the guide, and with that answer, it was better not to bother, even though he told me I could, but not in a nice way, which made me uncomfortable on said tour. Otherwise, the visit to other places of interest that are on the way could be improved; also consider the treatment of people who go alone and need a photo, the guide could support and help these people (not only at the most photogenic point like the red door) because it is noticeable that sometimes they feel shy asking for a photo (this as a piece of advice). Otherwise it was good.

The walk is beautiful. The guide Paulina and the driver Marcelo out key pieces for the charm to happen. We were happy and well informed, pq Paulina knows too little. Thanks.

Very good tour, the guide Valentina and the driver Luis very helpful. The only problem is on the turn that they don't leave people in the hotels where they picked up to go for the walk. They leave on the street of the hotel independent of the distance to be traveled, for those travelling with children and the elderly this is a problem after a whole day of tour.

About the company, the guide is very self-centered, can't get a single negative feedback without taking to the personal side and still doesn't explain anything. does not do his role of guide, in addition to going through places that are not on the route. after the feedback, still completely ignored our existence. The driver is also very polite, calling people foolish and joining the guide to ignore us. The idea was to pick everyone in front of the hotel and leave us in front of the hotel, but, on the turn, we had to walk 2 blocks. We were completely disrespected during this trip, both by the guide and by the driver, as well as by passengers from other countries who joined together and ignored us.

Oh, bad. At first the guide did not explain things in Valparaiso, it was all very fast. Then there was the option to go down the elevator and she did not give this option and when we complained she did not accept the criticism. Then they say they pick you up and leave you at the hotel, but since the driver was in a hurry, he didn't leave us at the hotel. We walked a little. That is, they do not meet the agreement. I do not recommend. Still the driver ***** a fool pedestrian on the street. Both the guide and the driver have no posture. I do not recommend.

I liked it; it was a very beautiful and special day. I only have one observation regarding the first stop: the place was very expensive, it was very cold, and there was nothing to warm up; I mean those heaters that are used. And it is so early that there is no desire to drink wine, well, the tasting.
