I took a couple tour and what I have to comment is the following: We paid in the agency for the tour but soon upon the arrival of the Marina already told us that there was a local "VIP" for mere 130.000 pesos per person. It would give a different place facing the sea and differentiated food. We didn't accept it and it was the best thing we did... whoever bought it was wrong, because the food was not worth the difference. When we introduced, we were told that... SURPRESA....what we paid to the agency did not have taxes...that had to be paid at that time in sight or with 6% surplus on the card....then arriving there our water bottle was simply CONFISCED... We could only consume what they served... we went to dive with snorkel....BUT WITHOUT SNORKEL..That's it..just a mask..a dive shit.and they still wanted us to give them a drop....the service of the staff at the club was very impersonal. Nobody offered us anything... we who went after... were practically all very young... the pool is very good and with salty water (from the sea).. but...... there was no fresh water for bathing after the pool or the sea... nor for washing hands.... Finally, there was no WIFI available to customers. only for administration which is absurd.... The lunch was basic and those who paid VIP danced because it did not compensate... but to drink, what was included was a Pepsi mini or a little water.... Everything was thought only of taking money from the client... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRIP TO ANYONE.

Por isso, nos chamou a atenção o seu comentário de que quem adquiriu o VIP recebeu um serviço inferior, pois essa informação não condiz com o funcionamento habitual do clube. Também gostaríamos de entender melhor a que taxa ou imposto adicional o senhor se refere, pois essa informação é muito importante para nós. Caso tenha havido alguma cobrança inesperada, pedimos a gentileza de nos informar para que possamos verificar diretamente com o clube. Nosso objetivo é sempre oferecer uma experiência transparente e de qualidade. Por isso, gostaríamos de convidá-lo a entrar em contato conosco diretamente.
