This would be a 5 star review if only based on the hills and the amazing tour guide, Han. Han was patient, funny and informative. She made sure we knew the plan for the day and kept everyone engaged and happy. The tour operator staff is where my experience was tainted. I will never book with them again! Unfortunately the tour description did not match what I actually booked and when I tried to sort it out with the company, their representative was extremely rude and refused to help sort it out. My partner was back at our hotel and I was alone on the tour which made the whole experience even worse. The communication with the company’s representative was frustrating to say the least. They kept sending me screenshots of a tour description that was not the one I booked. When I explained it to them, they got ruder and more abusive. All I can say is pay close attention to the wording in your booking because there are hidden exclusions and you don’t get all the things you think you’re getting.

I recently completed a wonderful 10 day trip to Vietnam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Well organised by Ms. Jamie tran is truly amazing and co operative all the trip.. my package is well planned and we enjoyed a a lot. Vietnam offers the perfect mix of culture, nature, adventure, and relaxation. The transportation was smooth and stress free, and it was included in the package. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable international holiday.
