We spent a beautiful day. Thanks to the whole crew (Feli, Aaron, Joan, Eva) they were very nice and it was fantastic.

The boat was too crowded, the music and the microphone were way too loud. It would be good to inform people when booking that there will be 80 people on the catamaran. I have experienced much better, nicer tours.

We booked the afternoon session with the Magic select as a family with a small child (3 years old) and left with mixed feelings. First, the positive: we had to rebook because my wife got sick on the original day, and that worked out without any problems. The crew tries very hard to create a good atmosphere and is also great with children. Now the not-so-good things: it's just mass processing. There were 80 people on the boat. We initially went out to the open sea, then many people felt sick and we moved the swimming stop forward. The swimming stop is 500m from the starting point right at the harbor pier, so no remote beach or anything like that. Besides, all tour boats make their stops there. Food was good. But there was no sailing. I also can't understand how you really want to sail with 4 crew members when 1-2 people are serving the open bar, one is acting as the guide, and the captain is at the helm. When I asked why we weren't sailing, it was claimed that then even more people would throw up. I don't understand that, with sails the boat is much more stable. Sounds like a cheap excuse to me. The wind was great. We didn't see any dolphins, but that's how it is, the operator can't do anything about that. After our swimming stop, however, perversely loud party music was suddenly turned on, so no relaxed cruise back. You can't escape it either because there are loudspeakers everywhere. Overall, there was also no information about marine life, island history, or anything else. The guide pointed out that we could drink at the open bar. Cool, but I want to take a tour to learn something and not to knock back 10 beers. You are welcome to offer it as a tour, but it should please be advertised differently. All in all, in my opinion, not worth the money.

Not up to expectations. 4-hour catamaran excursion with the possibility of seeing dolphins, turtles, and if lucky, even whales (also mentioned at the start of the tour in both Spanish and English)... aware of the uncertainty of actually being able to spot at least the dolphins, we decide to participate in the excursion so as to spend at least 4 hours at sea on a catamaran. We book, and the day before, we stop by the office for confirmation and to pick up the tickets; payment is exclusively in cash. To questions regarding the route that will be taken, the answers are vague, and naturally, everything depends on the weather conditions and the wind (which is fine). We show up at the boarding area... catamaran excursion with over 80 people!!!!! .... no one had warned us about the number of participants, and naively, I had not imagined there could be so many. We sail for a few tens of minutes and head back almost to the port to pick up bags of food from a dinghy (not loaded at departure). We set off again for about an hour of sailing just along the coast of Morro Jable (with 80 people, it is difficult to think about getting very far from the coast). Several people do not feel well; we stop near the cliff just outside the port, a stop to swim and to give those who did not feel well a chance to get over their seasickness. 2-hour stop!!!! during which rice with chicken was served. We set off again for one last short hour, heading back toward the lighthouse and then returning to the port, the exact same route taken before the stop. Definitely nothing like what we expected. A trip we recommend to those who just want to spend a few hours on a catamaran, with music, drinks, and a plate of rice and chicken... it is certainly not the right excursion for hoping to spot dolphins or to see anything beautiful along the coast (coves, inlets, or other things visible only from the sea). When asked directly, the answer provided by the crew is that the tour includes the 2-hour stop (so it is always like this, not due to the fact that several people were not feeling well). Think about it before booking. Not to be repeated.

What an amazing day sailing with Magic & Sailing Fuerteventura! The whole trip was extremely well organised from start to finish, and the boat was spotless, clean, and well maintained. Our crew, Jaui and Franco, were absolutely fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained all about the marine life we might see and the importance of respecting the wildlife by giving them plenty of space. We were lucky enough to see flying fish and even a hammerhead shark! Sadly, the dolphins and whales didn't make an appearance, but that's nature. We also enjoyed a swim in the crystal-clear sea, where we watched a ray bury itself in the sand – such an incredible experience. Drinks were always readily available, and lunch was delicious. The surprise liqueur shots for the adults after lunch were a lovely touch. The only slight disappointment was that there wasn't a dessert for the children, which would have been nice. Jaui and Franco's customer service was exceptional. They truly made the trip special and were without a doubt the best crew we could have wished for. We boarded with Captain Bencomo, great, and the crew was super kind, an excursion you leave super satisfied with, we sailed with wonderful weather, we saw dogfish, a small shark, a turtle, the food was very tasty, we swam, you have masks and a paddle surf board at your disposal. Highly recommended.

Overall, we liked the experience, but the first two hours on the boat were a little monotonous. We were looking for marine animals and we were only able to observe five dolphins in the distance. The food was nothing special and the included drinks (sucks, beer and wine) should be served with ice, at least the juices, as it was very hot and quickly heated. The best part of the experience was, without a doubt, diving in the sea. They provide vest for adults and children, which is an added value for those who do not know how to swim very well and want to enjoy the bath safely. The animation in the final part was also very fun, thanks to the animators Aaron, Giuly, Felice and Luca. A special highlight for Luca, who knows how to interact very well with the audience and has made the environment even more lively.

Aaron, Giuly, Felice and Luca were fantastic and raised the level of experience. As for the experience itself, the food is 6/10 and we only saw 5 dolphins away. The best part was the animation and let them swim in the sea.

Spent a week in fuerteventura, and this was without a doubt one of the best experiences of my life. Me and my girlfriend had an absolute blast, the entire crew were amazing, and so fun. And to have the ability to bring strangers from all over the world in such a way, was beautiful. Absolutely amazing human beings, and a blessing to have working for the company. Jokes, music, dancing, pranks and non stop laughter, I couldn't ask for anything more. To - Luca, Aaron, Luciana, Juani, and DJ Omaigo - thank you for this experience that I will never forget. I love you all.

Juani, Luca, Giuliana and Aaron are fantastic hosts and are guaranteed to give you a great experience on the boat trip. We were fortunate enough to spot a large group of dolphins, but even if we hadn't, the good food and athmosphere, topped off with Juani's seemingly endless arsenal of jokes and quips provides would have made for a delightful afternoon. 100% recommend.
