Such a great tour. Everything was so easy and planned out. Michael the tour guide was beyond awesome. Doing this for 17 years, he totally made the tour with the history of Toronto, things to do, answering any questions to make our tour and trip the most worthwhile. I honestly don’t know how they make money on this tour because you spend the whole day with them and have a bus the whole time. Great value and experience. Will bring the extended family back on this tour and hope Michael us the tour guide.

This review is specifically for one of the company’s managers by the name of Michael with whom I had the most unpleasant of experiences. Michael’s company (Niagara & Toronto Tours) messed up their list of customers as a result of which they got us (a family of 2 adults and 3 kids) on the wrong tour bus as they somehow underestimated capacity on their own shuttle buses. I was on a call with “Michael” to try and sort out our tour so that we would still be able to return to our Toronto hotel in good time for our international flight back home. Michael was extremely arrogant, rude, insulting, pompous and overall unprofessional. He claimed that the error his company made was not their problem and that it was our responsibility to inform them of our evening flight (no where mentioned in their terms) and that they had no obligation to return us to our hotel by 4.45pm (as was stated on the tour contract we signed with his company). He had the most obnoxious behavior imaginable and spoke in an unjustified threatening tone. A true disgrace to the company he works for.
445p return time is approximate time each day not exact. You should Look up the full itinerary and schedule details before laying false claims. Your family was provided a private car to return ahead of your flight at our sole and discretionary compliment. What you think as arrogant is simply practicality in a tough situation. You decided to do a very long day tour ahead of your international flight which is your poor decision. We immediately were able to assist you and you’re still upset. Safe travels home and beyond, maybe next time you will learn your lesson. There was also a language barrier to deal with and excessive noise, screaming into a phone is sometimes required when you are near the falls trying to make ridiculous accommodations for unruly and uniformed customers
It was a wonderful day and a great tour overall. My only suggestion would be to include more details about the itinerary in the description ahead of time. It would be nice to know the specific stops and typical order of them. In addition, it would be good to know the time range of the return. We got very delayed due to traffic, but it still would’ve been nice to know that the typical return time is after 5 PM. It doesn’t say anything about this on the website.
The tour guide was great and also had his daughter along and she was such a princess, driver Eli handled the bus well and was friendly. We liked all of the stops and of course the boat ride was amazing!!!!

Great day trip, really liked the way that Michael kept things ticking over letting everyone know to be back at arranged time with no exceptions, the boat trip to the falls was incredible getting so close and so glad that I’ve done.Would highly recommend

The Tour did not comply with the itinerary sold. We should have stayed 1 hour in Niagara District, but we were given only 25 minutes. We made a stop for lunch at an extremely expensive place of souvenirs, where we stayed only 40 minutes, and the queue to buy food was huge. We should have had three hours of free time in the center near the waterfalls, but we only had two hours, which were all consumed in the queue of the cruise. Everything was absurdly run, every stop, every explanation, making it impossible to enjoy the ride.
During high season attraction times can vary greatly. Niagara on the lake has experienced flooding this week making the stop shorter than normal. We substitute attractions when this happens. Sorry you feel that way, hope you enjoyed the falls.
Our guide Mieko was very good, interesting information and very friendly. Due to flooding we were unable to go to Niagara on the Lake instead we did maple syrup tasting which was fun but could of done with extra time there

We had a great tour from Toronto with our guide Michael, super informative and funny and ensured we had an amazing day on our trip to Niagara.
