The tour is well planned and our guide Ubay was super friendly and helpful at any step. The visit of Mount Bromo is AMAZING well organised and you can assist to one of the most spectacular view you can enjoy in Indonesia. We highly recommend this tour and Ubay also!

We booked the private Bromo & Ijen tour from Yogyakarta, and it was an absolute highlight of our trip. Doing this route can be exhausting due to the midnight wake-up calls, but the organization was absolutely flawless and everyone was always perfectly on time. Our guide, Melati, was outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, super organized, and a massive bonus for us was that she speaks excellent German! She took great care of us throughout the whole trip. A huge thank you also to our amazing driver, who navigated the long distances safely and smoothly, and the local guides at the craters who were also top-notch. If you are planning this tour, highly recommend asking for Melati and her team! 5 stars all the way.

If you want to see Bromo and Ijen without any stress, book this tour. The logistics were incredibly smooth from start to finish, and the punctuality was spot on—which you really appreciate when waking up at 1 AM for the Blue Fire! Melati was the perfect guide. She has such a warm, wonderful energy and kept everything running perfectly. It was a fantastic surprise that she speaks fluent German, which made chatting and learning about the culture even cooler. Our driver did a fantastic job on the long roads, and the local guides for the hikes were super helpful and professional. We felt safe, taken care of, and had an unforgettable adventure.
