エジプトで最も有名な自然保護区のひとつをボートで巡る費用なしで見ることができます。 シャルム・エル・シェイクからのこのランドツアーでは、砂漠の山々が紅海に出会うラス・モハメド国立公園を探索します。 1日の始まりは、エアコン完備の車両での無料ホテルピックアップ、シュノーケリング用具のレンタル（または持ち込み）のクイックストップ。 アカバ湾を一望できるフォトストップを楽しんだ後、公園の公式入口である象徴的なアッラー門を訪れます。 保護区内では、塩辛い紅海の水から木々が生い茂るマングローブの森を探索し、古代の地震の割れ目を見ることができます。 その後、塩分濃度の高さと地元の伝説で知られるマジックレイクで泳いだ後、色とりどりの魚でいっぱいのサンゴ礁の庭を岸からシュノーケリング。 昼過ぎまでにホテルに戻る 象徴的な展望台、マジックレイク、マングローブ、リーフシュノーケリング。半日ツアーでラス・モハメド国立公園を最も簡単に見ることができます。

これはエジプトで最初の国立公園でした。 陸上では、公園は半島の端にある小さなマングローブ林を保護しています。さらに内陸に入ると、山、砂丘、ワジ、沿岸の泥平原などの景観が広がります。 紅海のサンゴ礁とその周囲のサンゴ礁地域には、裾礁と造礁礁の両方があります。220 種を超えるサンゴがあり、1,000 種を超える魚、40 種のヒトデ、150 種の甲殻類、25 種のウニが生息しています。 アオウミガメとタイマイは、サンゴ礁の間をかなり頻繁に泳いでいるウミガメの 2 種です。

Positives: easy booking in the currency you prefer. We chose a trip in English and had an excellent guides. The snorkeling instructor was very nice and looked after our kids well. There was a structure to the day. You can rent snorkeling equipment (we were told life jacket compulsory, not sure it was really the case). Not much walking required so take comfy shoes for swimming/ walking on the sand. Negatives: mini bus with insufficient air conditioning so the travel wasn't as comfortable as it could be. We had to wait 30 min in the mini bus with no air con on as they were late or there was miscommunication about the pick up place. Really annoying x

The pickup took place within the given time window by minibus. They collected the whole group from different hotels, and we then headed to the snorkeling equipment rental point (around $15 for a full set or $5 per item). After that, we stopped at a gas station, which was the last chance to use a restroom during the day. Prices there were extremely high! We grabbed a couple of snacks. The restroom conditions were quite poor—no toilet paper and no working flush—which seems to be fairly common in Egypt. We then drove to Ras Mohammed National Park, where we had to wait in line to enter. By that point, the whole trip had already taken about two hours. The first stop was snorkeling. People from two buses were combined into one group. The instructor made sure everyone stayed together and that no one touched the corals. The underwater views were absolutely beautiful, but there were a huge number of tourists. At times it felt quite chaotic—people accidentally hitting each other with fins, and some older participants holding onto random strangers just to stay afloat. The instructor had one life ring available, but considering the group size, it would have been better to have 2–3. After snorkeling, we visited Magic Lake, which honestly looked like a bright blue, pretty puddle. There were hundreds of tiny crabs on the ground. Then we saw a crack formed by an earthquake, mangrove trees, and finally the Allah Gate. Overall, everything went quite smoothly. The team and instructors were friendly and didn’t pressure anyone into anything. There were photographers with us who actively offered to take photos and even went underwater. As someone else once described: “well-organized chaos.”

We took a half-day trip to Ras Mohammed: beautiful snorkeling! A magnificent coral reef. The Pasquale guide (Hady) was super! The tour is completed by the Gate of Allah, the magical lake and a visit to the cracks of the earthquake. Recommended

A simply unforgettable excursion, combining sea and desert in a single breathtaking experience. The day began with a wonderful snorkeling session, in crystal clear waters and rich in colorful fish and spectacular backdrops: a true paradise for those who love the sea. After the sea, the total change of scenery: the Sharm Desert. The visit to the Split in the desert leaves you speechless, a suggestive and almost surreal place, where nature shows all its strength. The Gate of Allah is also very fascinating, full of meaning and perfect for memorable photos. The most magical moment was definitely the Magic Lake: a quiet place, with incredible colors, immersed in the silence of the desert. A unique atmosphere, difficult to describe in words. Impeccable organization, knowledgeable guides and always available. An excursion that I absolutely recommend to everyone, because it manages to make the best of Sharm el Sheikh live in a single day.

A beautiful excursion with beautiful landscapes. Snorkelling was also fun, I just wish I could have seen a little more. But for the price, it is worth doing.
