Our guide Hiram was knowledgeable and personable. He was able to adapt to our needs very easily, and was fun to be with. It was nice to have him pick us up directly from our Airbnb! We could relax and fully enjoy the experience without any hassles. He helped us navigate our personalized plan, and purchase a private experience with the giraffes, which was amazing.

Friendliness of all staff, we attended the trip as Chiautempan 2 OCELOCOATL scout group, from Tlaxcala. And the tour was super dad on the bus, we had no Guide, but driver David explained and gave us reference of the animals and their habitation. It made our tour very pleasant, very friendly and charismatic. The whole tour was a very pleasant experience.

The super punctual guides picked us up at the hotel, they were very attentive, the tour was in English and they are very informed about all the species, the car was very clean and disinfected. They were always attentive to our requirements. The place is beautiful and they do a good job in animal protection. Highly recommended.

The whole tour was great! We got to see so much, and the animals look very well cared for. We took a ton of pictures and will be recommending this to our friends.

The tour came out fine. However you really dont need a tour guide after all for africam safari. Too expensive for what it truly is.. a zoo. Also, the local company viator deals with tried to squeeze other people in my private tour.. so not happy about it. Always trying to rob you. I fixed it but it left a bad taste/experince.. would not recommend this at all!!

We were not expecting SO much fun! The treatment by the guide and the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The guide gave us enthusiastic explanations for each animal and guidance as to how to treat and feed them. There was no hurry or pressure. She was patience and quite helpful. Feeding the animals was a new and delightful experience for our whole family ranging from 1 year to 73 years! It was a privilege to get up-close-and-personal with these phenomenal creatures cared for so impeccably by the Africam park who emphasizes conservation and appreciation of all living things. My highest respect and gratefulness that such an experience is made available. Also, the park itself is a treat and I appreciate not only seeing the animals in their natural habitat but the ability at different points to walk, sit and eat. Overall, a unique experience that we will long remember! ¡Gracias, Africam Safari!

Recently I went to Africam to the private tour experience "Giraffes", my guide was Abraham, I took my baby of 6 months and was a little afraid of the coexistence, but with his recommendations he made us live a unique and magical moment, in addition to the learning he left us by giving us specific details of the life of the giraffes. I will certainly return not only to this tour, but to experience others, but I will always ask that he be my guide. Thank you very much.
